2015 Ford Focus I normally HATE dealing with car dealerships and have been known to walk off the lot if the sales person was pushy. Rob was not pushy at all!! Walked out with a 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback Roxanne was amazing. Kept checking in to see if I was happy every step of the way. She also got the monthly payment I could afford. However as soon as rob came out to start to help me I felt at ease and better. He wasn't pushy and listened to what I wanted and needed and really worked to meet those needs. He was also honest. He didn't bring up car after car of ones he knew I wouldn't be approved or couldn't afford and I appreciate that. He was easy to talk to and really helped me feel easy about the whole process. Awesomeness! I went to CreditYes.com and got pre-qualified. They made me an appointment at the Vancouver Truck Center that same day.. I went in at noon and by 3 I I went to CreditYes.com and got pre-qualified. They made me an appointment at the Vancouver Truck Center that same day.. I went in at noon and by 3 I was done and driving away in my 2014 Chevy Impala.. Bret Barnes was awesome, after talking to me just a little bit, he said hang on I think I have something you're gonna like.. A few minutes later he came back with this gorgeous car, took it out for a quick drive and then they put my deal together! Couldn't be more pleased with this car buying experience!
