It's all about the hard sale you are put in room and made to feel like you can't leave until the deal is done. There was the usual bait and switch at the end with the price. I was told one thing and ended up with another. But all in all it was the experience I expected and I got a nice car. More

Once I started filling out the forms I began feeling unsure so I stopped filling it out. Rob came over and noticed I had not and so I explained myself & instead of trying to pressure me he allowed me to see what we were working with and gave me options. Overall I was very impressed with the process and I got a great deal and not just some lemon vehicle. Rob helped me to understand how things work and will be which is very helpful. With his help I know what needs to happen in order to get my credit going in the right direction. I could write so much more but I feel that Rob expressed it perfectly when he said I treat others the way I want to be treated, I got nothin but mad respect. More
