I knew my budget and stuck to it, of course I had covince the manager that I not going to give any more than I could afford. Always the fun part Right? Soooo, they took care of me !!! We have purchased several new cars over the years and after the last one I swore I would never visit a car dealership again but our experience at Dick Hannah was nothing but positive. We thought we woul after the last one I swore I would never visit a car dealership again but our experience at Dick Hannah was nothing but positive. We thought we would go look and see what was on the lot but wanted to do it on our own so we hit the lot at 8:45pm thinking they would be closed. Milos came out to see us though. He wasn't pushy, showed us around and let us set the pace. We had checked out prices with other dealers so we had a really good idea of what we wanted and what the price should be. Not only did Milos stay late but so did Youssef Idriss the Sales GM and finance guy. We all sat down together and discussed the deal we wanted and what they could do for us. It was never pushy, condescending or manipulative, all things we have run into at other dealers. We ended up coming back the next day with our trade in to purchase the truck. The deal was exactly as we had agreed to the night before and met with our expectations. My only minor complaint was that from the time we arrived until the paperwork was signed and we could leave was about 3.5 hours. They were busy but if they could find a way to streamline this a little more it would be nice. Dick Hannnah has definitely earned our business and respect. More

We had gone to another dealership to buy a truck, but wer very disappointed in the sales manager's level of arrogance, so we left. We knew what we wanted, and Mel worked extremely hard to get us the deal we wanted on the vehicle we wanted. We left with a new truck, and with the satisfaction that the dealer, and Mel, listened to what we wanted and responded to that desire. We will definitely recommend Mel and Hannah to others. More
