Bill Parker was a legend from the first phone call. He sent exactly what I asked for, locked in an appointment a couple days out, and even followed up to make sure he was ready whenever we showed up. The car we originally wanted was still floating somewhere in transit, but they had another one that was basically its twin in stock they were able to meet the price on. Then the universe decided to test us. After a full day of test drives and paperwork we were finally ready to drive off with the beautiful new car for my neice … noticing as we were getting in that detailing somehow managed to put a deep gouge right in the hood. We’re talking “how did that even happen?” levels of damage. They took one look and said, “Yeah… we’re not selling you that one.” So it was back to square! Thankfully these guys have lots of inventory and she was willing to look at other colors. They were able to find one she liked but still meant more paperwork, more waiting, and starting the whole process over again. Mr Bill, Mr Abdul & Mr Long, they handled it like pros. They immediately went to work finding a new car and even bought us dinner while we waited.despite being exhausted from the long day we were all still able to crack jokes and have lots of laughs. It genuinely felt like they wanted us to leave completely happy with every part of our experience, that was a tall order this day and they nailed it.. Walking out with a solid 10 out of 10 after the accidental hood sculpture and all the delays says everything about every one of them. They took what could have been a total dumpster fire of a day and somehow made it a good time. Thanks again, guys — you earned it. More
