Roy Galvan provided me with a great car buying experience. His approach was warm and forthcoming. I really, REALLY, did not want to engage much with a salesperson and I'm happy to report that Roy's care and attentiveness made the entire car buying experience a breeze. Abdul Quddus worked with me on financing and made the complicated (for me) exchange smooth. He was approachable, warm and knowledgeable. I got a great deal on my first new car and am happy to support our local Subaru dealer. They made this happen on a holiday! More

It's gonna take me a while to get used to the new technology as I had my previous vehicle for 16 years and things are really changed. The whole team has been very patient in helping me learn how thin technology as I had my previous vehicle for 16 years and things are really changed. The whole team has been very patient in helping me learn how things work and what I've made embarrassing mistakes they didn't make me feel bad about it. The whole process was relatively pleasant. I am a return customer, both my experiences with Dick Hannah Subaru are worth me letting others know. We narrowed down what model we wanted and which package. As we test drove he spoke about the features on the car we chose. Again the perfect amount of inserting information and letting us enjoy this car buying process. Negotiating our trade and price of new car went smoothly, much to the horror stories you hear there was no games. Tanya our finance manager was so easy to work with and that process went as expected by the Dick Hannah team, respectfully and timely. More
