I was trading in a vehicle I had purchased a little over 15 months previous and was still making payments. I was helped by Sue and she was very warm and friendly, most definitely not the pressured vibe I've received from other sales people. Continuously asking if there was anything they can do to make my experience more comfortable. I was not satisfied w/ the initial financial package offered and Sue and the rest of the sales department helped get me a great deal once they negotiated on my behalf. She also showed me all of the bells and whistles of my new car and helped synch up my phone to the car. Overall I was very satisfied w/ the experience. More
