Sue made me feel relaxed and was more than willing to give me the day or two I needed to think about purchasing my new car. We ended up getting me into the car I wanted, and the entire process went extremely smoothly. I was having my car (which I purchased at Dick Hannah Honda- also a great expe My experience at Dick Hannah Subaru was flawless from start to finish. I was having my car (which I purchased at Dick Hannah Honda- also a great experience) serviced at the Honda dealership and went on a walk down to the Subaru lot to browse since I have been drooling over Foresters since I had my baby. I first met Sarah P., an extremely honest, friendly sales person. She had seen me peeking into a used Forester and offered to go on a test drive with me. Not planning on buying a new car (which I told her up front to make sure she was going to be okay with knowing that time with me was likely a waste of time) I agreed to test drive it since I had never been in a Subaru before. After the test drive, during which Sarah and I just chatted like old friends (a nice change from usual sales people), I was in love with the car. Sarah told me about how easy it was to find out if I was pre-approved for a new loan and how trade-ins were also very easy and soon enough we met up with Jeremiah Ostrander (another sales person) and we got started. I chatted with them about my concerns about bigger payments, and they were totally understanding about my budget and needs and were totally honest with me through the entire process. While sitting around their family style round table, we talked like friends, showed each other pictures of our children, shared stories of our families. Not once did I feel pressured to buy the car, I felt like if I had to say no and walk away, they would understand and not try to hunt me down to show me a different car. It was honestly unlike anything you would ever imagine a car buying experience to be like! After all of the paperwork and pre-approval was sorted out, I met with one of their financial managers, Lucas W.. He was yet another exceptional experience. He seriously went above and beyond for us until he finally found a bank that could approve our loan on terms that were better than we expected. He understood what we needed and didn't give up until he found something perfect, which I really appreciated. I really couldn't ask for a better experience, and I will never go to any other dealership. I highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru to anyone who is thinking about buying a new or used car, and I would send you straight to Sarah or Jeremiah. They aren't going to sell you a hunk of junk, that is for sure, and they are so nice during the whole process. A+ Dick Hannah, please don't ever change! More

Consistent High Level of Service This visit was for routine maintenance. I had an appointment for 7am and then went over to the Dick Hannah Cafe and had breakfast.
