I contacted the Honda dealership and was advised to take the vehicle to the Subaru dealership without an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by John who asked if I had an appointment. I told him about my predicament and he said he would see if they could help. Within 30 minutes, the wind shield was repaired for a cost of $30.00. John could have easily advised me that they repairs were on an appointment basis only. He went way beyond the call to get it done. Dick Hannah has the best customer service division compared to any dealership I have encountered in the past 40+ years. More

Fast, easy, great price on a 2014 Outback I knew I wanted to get a 2014 Outback. I went to a dealership closer to home and tried working with them. After having a "not so positive" experience I knew I wanted to get a 2014 Outback. I went to a dealership closer to home and tried working with them. After having a "not so positive" experience with them, it deflated my car buying decision. I picked myself back up later that day and decided to go see what else was out there. I got my first car at Dick Hannah 14 years ago and remember it going well. So I went there to see what would happen this time. They were very friendly and even showed me some of the options on the outbacks I didn't know about and wasn't told about at the last dealership. All the staff were more than helpful, from cold water bottles on!! The financing of the car was painless, with lots of options made available, so we were comfortable with the final deal. When I went out to my old vehicle, I found the Jeremiah had completely cleaned out my car and neatly bagged everything. He even placed certain items in the side pockets that matched the old car. I am very happy with my time at Dick Hannah's. We had purchased a Jeep about 8 yrs ago from them, with the same friendly service!! More
