Just Bought A Subaru Crosstrek! I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Dick Hannah Subaru (7407 NE Vancouver Plaza Dr., Vancouver, WA 360-314-0504). Throughout the proces I recently purchased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Dick Hannah Subaru (7407 NE Vancouver Plaza Dr., Vancouver, WA 360-314-0504). Throughout the process I was helped by Sales Representative Jeremiah Ostrander. This was the first Subaru I have ever purchased and the first car I have purchased from the Dick Hannah dealership. The experience, service and value was outstanding. Although, I have bought a few cars, some used, some new, I have to say this car purchasing experience was hands down the best. Jeremiah was knowledgeable, straight forward, efficient, funny, and worked diligently to get me the car that I wanted. I started by calling the dealership to inquire about test driving a car. I spoke with Jeremiah on the phone and we arranged for a time for us to meet. When I showed up he was there, (didn’t hand me off to someone else) with the car prepped and ready for a test drive. I was on my lunch break and he was respectful of my limited time. He was patient, clear, and quite nice when explaining the car. I wasn’t that familiar with Subaru and I had a few questions about things like living in Oregon-buying a car in Washington- Sales Tax. He addressed all of my questions. My wife and son also were with me during the car buying experience. He was kind and professional, and nice to them. My wife says that he was the best sales professional! She said it was “Super easy” and in no way “Creepy” like some of the other dealerships we have been to. After the test drive, I identified the car I wanted with all the specs and Jeremiah got it ordered. He did not try and sell my on something that they had there. What was super impressive was that he really listened and help me get what I wanted. While I waited for it to arrive he was in communication with me. My car arrived 2 weeks later (About three weeks before schedule) and I went back to get it. Jeremiah and I worked out a great price for the car and he was able to easily beat the financing from the banks I had been preapproved from. He walked me through the details of the car, toured me/connected me with the service department and offered up some insurance assistance from an Allstate rep located in the building that I declined. I drove home in the exact car I wanted, for less then I wanted to pay for it. The car buying experience was fast, trustworthy, and respectful. I can’t really say enough about how great an experience buying the car from there was. I highly recommend it to my friends , family, and anyone looking to purchase a car. Ask for Jeremiah Ostrander he is the best! All in all, it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car, taking much less time than I expected from start to finish, and I was treated great throughout the whole time! More

Abdul and the staff was very helpful and patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. There was very low pressure and we were given time to make our choice. We test drove both the 2014 Legacy and Impreza and ended up getting a 2014 Subaru Impreza HB Sport. After the deal was done, we were given a tour of where the service department was. Abdul also took us to our new car and went into detail of how everything worked on the car, he even setup my phone to the blue tooth. We also had a trade in and Abdul drove home with me and took the car back to the dealership which was about a 40 mile trip from Washington to Oregon. I would definitely come back to by another car here and would recommend this place to my friends and family. Great service, Great People! More

Driving home on a hot Friday afternoon in rush hour traffic, my 1997 Subaru Legacy Outback began making a chirping sound and my air conditioner wasn't Driving home on a hot Friday afternoon in rush hour traffic, my 1997 Subaru Legacy Outback began making a chirping sound and my air conditioner wasn't working properly. I literally was right in front of my house when smoke began billowing out of the hood. Praise God I had made it home! I called my car insurance roadside assistance to be towed. They informed me they would tow me to the nearest repair shop. I said, "No, I want to be towed to Dick Hannah Subaru repair, where I always get my Subaru serviced." Sometimes you just need to speak up! As soon as I arrived, I was treated with concern and friendliness. Because I am a long term customer, many of the employees know me. Turns out my alternator had seized up and I had lost two belts, one right in front of my house. They had all the parts in stock and immediately began repairing my car which has over 270,000 miles on it. I sat in their comfortable waiting area and in less than 90 minutes I was on my way. They even ran my dirty car through the car wash for me. Thanks to everyone for working me in! More
