He even watched our kids for us (age 2 and 4) while we signed the paper work. We got our quote online prior to coming to the dealer, there was no hassling with price when we got there. The process was very smooth and we felt like Ian, and the dealership as a whole, was very focused on customer service. We drove 102 miles to go to this dealership, bypassing three local dealers in our area becuase the E price was lower here and they had a good reputation. More

This was my first car purchase ever and I was very anxious that it would be a grueling process and that I would be taken advantage of by the salesmen. He didn't put any pressure on me to make decisions, and was very honest with me with all of my questions, even the dumb ones. I couldn't have asked for a better experience; one month later, both Tuan and Long are still helping me whenever I need it and make sure that I am 100% satisfied. Thank you! in August 2011, I bought a used car from this sleazy dealership. I noticed road shake while I was test driving but the salesman assured me that it probably just needed an alignment or maybe it was the dealership. I noticed road shake while I was test driving but the salesman assured me that it probably just needed an alignment or maybe it was the quality of the road we were driving on - of course if something was wrong, they would take care of it. It was a type of car that is not that easy to find... Mazda5, 6 passenger ultra small minivan so I took him at his word. 1st MISTAKE, I know but I had never had a dealership treat me badly before. I spent the next YEAR driving 2 hours from the Olympia area every few months. They kept saying, ok we fixed it and low and behold it was never fixed, still the same shake. After a year of going back and forth I contacted the GM to say how unhappy I was. I provided all the records of service appointments and asked him to take the car back (as they couldn't seem to fix it as was PROMISED). He argued with me and said he would make me a great 'deal' on a new car. Of course, he wasn't going to make it right. August 2012, I was getting ready to call an attorney and lemon law the damn thing, as it shakes so much its uncomfortable and I would say hazardous to drive (especially because I don't know why it shakes. September 2012, I learned I had breast cancer. At that point, I had to let my fight with this SLEAZY dealership go and take care of my health. Another year later, I'm healthy - yea me! - but I'm still stuck with a car that shakes. I am unable to trade the car as I am now upside down in the value. SHOCKING. The sales managers name Kamal, at the time was pushy, arrogant and rude. I might add condescending and treated me like I was crazy.... I did nothing wrong. I paid for a car that cost me money in numerous trips to the dealer. I was patient and thought that if I worked with them that eventually it would all work out. No that I'm healthy, I'm going to spread the work to anyone and everyone I can. Family dealership - my #$%. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. One more thing, the paperwork was not done correctly. I ended up having to resign it TWO times and they sneakily added an insurance policy that I had declined. On top of that about 6 months after I had traded my old car in, I got a ticket for speeding in CA on the car I traded in! I live in WA and that was a fun mess to clean up. More
