I had spent four exhausting days searching for the right SUV at every dealership in the Vancouver area. I ended up walking out, never to return. I went to the Subaru dealership initially to look at a used SUV and Ron Mentek suggested that I try a Subaru Forester. The car sold itself to me. It was everything I was looking for and more. I felt that it is was a great value for the price and the safety features are excellent. Ron was great to work with, low key, very knowledgable and I felt that he genuinely loved the car he was selling. It was a pleasurable experience buying the Forester. No regrets. More
Recently purchased a new Subaru Forester. A price was worked out online and Mike Krewl was there at the door to greet us. We pretty much worked with Mike exclusively through the entire process. Very friendly staff and made to feel welcome. Sales team was not too pushy which is important to me. A little disappointed with being handed off to a different sales guy each time we went, especially as 2 was not too pushy which is important to me. A little disappointed with being handed off to a different sales guy each time we went, especially as 2 of the instances were appointments we had made to come in. However in all cases the guys we worked with were friendly and helpful, but continuity would have been nice for a better experience. Availability of the car of my choice was quite low (not the dealer's fault) so ended up settling on a car that was not our first choice for color which was disappointing, but we did end up with the car spec we had hoped for, so minor trade off for getting into a new car as quick as we did. Trade in experience went fine and we were given a fair value. Final price was not the best, and that was probably the biggest disappointment, but we were able to get a good financing deal that made the monthly what we wanted, so that helped. All in all the experience went well, but I think the limited availability of the model we wanted hurt our ability to get a great price, but that all aside the team worked with us well and we ended up in the car we wanted in our 3rd choice of color in a very fast turnaround on a model that was hard to find. I would recommend anyone looking for a Subaru to come to Dick Hannah and check it out, but make sure to do your price homework before you do just to be sure More

Mathew Lake was so awesome, he put up with my multip past and they went above and beyond to get me a car and payments that would work with my budget. I was very pleased with the experience at Dick Hannah Subaru, Jeremiah was helpful and did not feel pressured during the experience.
