My wife and I bought a 2014 Subaru Outback from Dick Hannah Subaru a couple of days ago. We were treated professionally and courteously by Jeremiah during the entire buying process. We were attracted to the dealership by an email announcing their Auto Show Specials, which included an Outback we were particularly interested in. We were greeted by Jeremiah when we arrived at the dealership. After showing him the specific car we were interested in, he was able to get the exact car for us. He clearly explained the features of the car. After test-driving the car, we like it; but my wife didn’t like the color. He then tried to find cars of different color with the same specifications and price for us. However, we didn’t like the other colors, either. My wife then told him she likes red car. He was able to find a red Outback with more installed options. Even though the price was more, but the amount of discount was similar to the one in the Auto Show Specials. We particularly liked the additional option of backup camera in the red car. So we test-drove it and decided to buy it. Jeremiah was able to get us some additional discount since the Auto Show was on-going that day. We also traded in our old Honda Accord. The initial trade-in price offered was kind of low, but we were able negotiate a better price. During the negotiation and paper work signing processes, we were offered the extended warranty that we didn’t want. I guess it is standard procedure for the dealership make such offers; but we were able to decline it by firmly stating our intentions. I would rate the overall buying process as excellent. When we got into the dealership at around noon, the weather was cold but clear. At the conclusion of the buying process, snow had started to fall quite heavily. We didn’t drive the old Honda Accord to be traded-in to the dealership since it didn’t have 4-wheel drive. So Jeremiah offered to drive the new car to follow us home. He then waited for us in the garage to clean out the stuff in the Honda Accord; and drove it back to the dealership in very snowy condition. We greatly appreciate the excellent services he provided to us. We definitely recommend Jeremiah and Dick Hannah Subaru. More

First off, we had delayed buying a car because we knew what we would be up against -- typical sales maneuvers, lots of 'behind the door' negotiations, general sales attitudes, and lots of lots of time spe what we would be up against -- typical sales maneuvers, lots of 'behind the door' negotiations, general sales attitudes, and lots of lots of time spent on the 'deal.' Well, after biting the bullet and deciding to proceed with the car buying agenda we happened across Dick Hannah Subaru. Right from the star we were blown away at the FRESH approach from our salesman Tim Jones. He was very genuine and easy to talk with. He wasn't sleazy and a slimeball (like we have experienced with car salesfolk in the past). Instead, Tim was a welcome relief - he spoke with us as people and treated us like family. Not overboard sugar sweet and icky family. But with true concern for what we wanted and didn't want in a vehicle. We decided NOT to purchase that day because we were going over to drive a Mazda. Tim was OK with that -- told us he'd be off a couple of days too and to think it over. We trotted over to the Mazda Dealer (NOT Dick Hannah by the way) to look at a comparable vehicle. After our visit there we went home to think it over. In a couple of days we came back to see Tim. Funny thing is, Tim was busy with another customer. He asked that we speak with Ather Munson. I sensed a small panic in the pit of my stomach thinking that we wouldn't have the same connection with Ather as we did with Tim. Both of us were hesitant but said 'OK.' Here's where I knew we were in the right place. Not only did Tim treat us like family but Ather felt like another member to our new 'family tree.' He was equally as genuine, honest, and caring about our needs as Tim was. I couldn't believe it. I can't express how happy we were in mindlessly walking into Dick Hannah the first time in our lives and having the best car buying experience of our life. Seriously. I'm 57 and my husband is 64 - believe me, we've had plenty of practice buying cars! I know that even with all the phone calls they've made to us checking on the vehicle, checking on us, and just making sure we understood everything about the car that they will certainly be the place we return to when it comes time to buy another vehicle. And obviously we have given glowing reviews to friends and family about our own experience. Try it. You'll be pleasantly surprised! More
We weren't going to stop at the Subaru dealership...didn't think Subaru styles looked good, but had to be through about our new car search. What a surprise!!! Not only did Subaru have the exact car we were looking for in terms of quality, performance, and aesthetics but they had many styles to choose from all within our budget. Too Subaru's credit, all of the salesmen we worked with were very knowledgeable about every car and demonstrated to us that they weren't playing any games when negotiating the pricing of the car we were purchasing and the value of our trade in. We were delighted with the whole experience. We are now a Subaru family. More

The reason Dick Hannah Subaru's service department gets all 5's is because of Frank and Tonya. They are friendly, knowledgeable , and really know the meaning of customer service.
