We were both tense and of course nervous during the final signing, just waiting for some last minute snaffu to pop up and ruin everything. And I am the type of person that can walk away from a deal if I feel mistreatment, or from unseemly pressure sales tactics. But the process was never as excruciating as I thought it might have been. This was a very interesting adventure for us. Never in my life did I think I would ever negotiate/purchase a car over the internet, and apply for a car loan over the phone on a late Saturday afternoon from a credit union, and be approved in less than 5 minutes time. If people ask, I will tell them of the low-pressure, low-hassle experience of buying a car from Dick Hannah, and how seemingly simple the process was, compared to previous experiences. We got exactly what we wanted, and the price was very reasonable. We of course were very organized by knowing exactly what we wanted from the start, had our financing all pre-approved, insurance lined up, etc. That helped a lot. Massive amounts of research went in to deciding on Subaru, but once the decision was made we still weren't 100% convinced. Our initial visit to Dick Hannah Subaru, and meeting of Matthew Lake, allowed us the freedom and flexibility to take our time and get to know the Subaru product. Matthew was VERY supportive and knowledgeable, and offered specific recommendations on our family's needs. When our children became less than cooperative my wife and I opted to depart for the day. Matthew was fantastic; non-aggressive, not pushy or demanding. He simply handed us a card, thanked us for our time, and offered his assistance at a future time & date of our convenience. After feeding the gremlins, I called Matt and scheduled a meeting the same day. Once again, he answered our slew of questions thoroughly and honestly. Once a decision had been made on the 'ideal' vehicle, we began the negotiation process. Matthew was very optimistic that our needs and wants could be met. His reassuring and exceptionally non-confrontational demeanor allowed my wife and I to come to a fantastic agreement on a 2014 Subaru Outback with Dick Hannah Subaru! Once we progressed onto the dreaded paperwork finale, Matt took our 2 boys and entertained them for the time it took for my wife and I to thoroughly review and sign all paperwork. TOP NOTCH customer service from all involved! Of course the specific benefits of buying and owning a Subaru through Dick Hannah are available online, but a true first hand account of human interaction is something that has to be experienced! I will, and have recommend(ed) this experience to anyone even considering a a new vehicle! 10/10! More
The actual purchase of the car went very well. Mike was great to work with - honest and up front. The problem came a day or two later when I had trouble getting a form needed for insurance. It took so many calls and several hours of run around to get the right form. In the end Mike finally got the thing done. I should have just asked for him in the first place because none of the other employees seem to care or even understand what was needed. A person named Amar in the finance department actually hung up on my insurance agent and me. Mike Krewi was the only one who seemed to care and he took responsibility even though he had already made the sale. More

To me, the most important part of any "big purchase" experience is your interaction with the sales staff. And let me just say, it is not easy to be in sales, especially during the holiday season! We were greeted at the door by Jeremiah as soon as we came in. We knew that we wanted to speak with Kamal, who is the sales manager, because he came highly recommended to us. Kamal greeted us warmly, and recommended that we work with Jeremiah, which ended up being a fabulous experience. Jeremiah was warm, funny, down to earth, and not pushy in any way. He began by really listening to our needs; the elements that we had to have in a car, and those that we could live without. Before showing us anything he wanted to know our budget, and did an excellent job of not showing us something out of our price range (one of my major pet peeves). I was really impressed with Jeremiah's dedication to making sure we felt supported and not rushed in any way. I really appreciated his hustle also; as it made me feel like my husband and I were truly important, even though our budget was not huge and he had no way of knowing we wanted to buy that day. Once we found the Subaru of our dreams (seriously…I am in love with our car), we sat down to talk about numbers. LIke the rest of our experience, it was totally positive. They gave us a great deal on financing, and we were surprised at how willing they were to work with our firm budget when it came to our monthly payment. In fact, because of their flexibility, we were able to walk out with extra protection and coverage, all of which fit comfortably into what we had calculated would be a very affordable monthly payment (thank you Amar). All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this team for all of your Subaru needs! More

Brian helped us find a Subaru Legacy that we liked but we could not agree on the price. He stayed with us even after all that and found us a Chevrolet Impala that fit our budget and that we were both delight could not agree on the price.
