Overall, our experience with Dick Hannah Subaru was excellent. We greatly appreciated how Jeremiah went over all the accessories and features of the Forester, especially since he did it before we test excellent. We got to the dealership about 10:00 a.m. and left in our new Forester by 2:00 pm. which we considered one of our best car-buying experiences. Jeremiah was very professional, honest, and customer oriented/friendly. The haggling over the price is always the worse part for us, but in the end, we feel Dick Hannah gave us a very competitive price. Brian went out of his way to find a suburu crosstrek in the desired color and features we were looking for and notified us immediately when one became available. When we went back to look at the car in the color we wanted, he was busy with another customer so asked his sales associate Peter to help us. He too was very knowledgeable about the car and spent time going over the various features, especially the navagation system. He explained it in a clear concise manner and was willing to spend as much time as we needed and answered all of our questions and again a no pressure sales approach. Abdul answered all of our questions and always responded promptly to any voice or emails we left. Dick Hannah is fortunate to have Abdul in the front line as he is know the product and is very personable promptly to any voice or emails we left. I don't know if this was Jesssica's fault or there was something wrong with the dealers email system. Long did a good job, but we did have to come back in to sign more papers. Some of which was our fault as we changed our mind on the extended warranty. We are happy with our purchase and still would recommend this dealership when buying a car. More

We were both tense and of course nervous during the final signing, just waiting for some last minute snaffu to pop up and ruin everything. And I am the type of person that can walk away from a deal if I feel mistreatment, or from unseemly pressure sales tactics. But the process was never as excruciating as I thought it might have been. This was a very interesting adventure for us. Never in my life did I think I would ever negotiate/purchase a car over the internet, and apply for a car loan over the phone on a late Saturday afternoon from a credit union, and be approved in less than 5 minutes time. If people ask, I will tell them of the low-pressure, low-hassle experience of buying a car from Dick Hannah, and how seemingly simple the process was, compared to previous experiences. We got exactly what we wanted, and the price was very reasonable. I was in the market for a vehicle upgrade due to a recent move to the PNW from Hawaii. Our little 'island car' that was perfect for HI didn't fare well here in Vancouver. Our initial visit to Dick Hannah Subaru, and meeting of Matthew Lake, allowed us the freedom and flexibility to take our time and get to know the Subaru product. Matthew was VERY supportive and knowledgeable, and offered specific recommendations on our family's needs. When our children became less than cooperative my wife and I opted to depart for the day. Matthew was fantastic; non-aggressive, not pushy or demanding. He simply handed us a card, thanked us for our time, and offered his assistance at a future time & date of our convenience. After feeding the gremlins, I called Matt and scheduled a meeting the same day. Once again, he answered our slew of questions thoroughly and honestly. Once a decision had been made on the 'ideal' vehicle, we began the negotiation process. Matthew was very optimistic that our needs and wants could be met. His reassuring and exceptionally non-confrontational demeanor allowed my wife and I to come to a fantastic agreement on a 2014 Subaru Outback with Dick Hannah Subaru! Once we progressed onto the dreaded paperwork finale, Matt took our 2 boys and entertained them for the time it took for my wife and I to thoroughly review and sign all paperwork. TOP NOTCH customer service from all involved! Of course the specific benefits of buying and owning a Subaru through Dick Hannah are available online, but a true first hand account of human interaction is something that has to be experienced! I should have just asked for him in the first place because none of the other employees seem to care or even understand what was needed. A person named Amar in the finance department actually hung up on my insurance agent and me. Mike Krewi was the only one who seemed to care and he took responsibility even though he had already made the sale. More
