My experience with Dick Hannah started on your website. I found it to be extremely helpful and very user-friendly. I was able to research all the vehicle brands and models I was interested in, as well as I found it to be extremely helpful and very user-friendly. This enabled me to narrow down my search considerably and feel confident and informed before going into the dealership. Armed with the vehicle history, stock # and phone # listed for the used car I had selected (2003 Toyota Highlander), I called Dick Hannah Suburu for the first time. After several mis-transfers from Parts and Services to Sales and some confusion as to the whereabouts of the vehicle, I was finally put in touch with Abdul Quddus and that's when everything started to come together. Abdul was friendly, helpful and forthcoming and made me feel like a valued customer right from the start. After quickly ascertaining what I was trying to accomplish, Abdul transferred the call to his workstation and promptly located the vehicle in question. He then arranged to have the vehicle ready for a viewing and test drive within two hours and we scheduled a one o'clock meeting. As I was traveling from Portland, this suited me just fine. When I arrived at Dick Hannah Suburu at 1:00 PM, Abdul was waiting for me and the 2003 Toyota Highlander was already parked out front and ready to go. I was immediately impressed and confident that Abdul was a man of his word, as he followed through on everything he said he would do. After inspecting the vehicle to my satisfaction, we went for a test drive that involved city and highway travel (impressed again), and had a very honest and frank conversation about the used car's history and condition and Abdul's role in the process. At no time during our conversation did I feel pressured or mislead in any way, but we both agreed that a used car in this mint condition with low miles would not be around for long. To make a long story short, Abdul stayed late that day so that I could bring my wife back with me after she got off work to discuss the purchase of the vehicle. He was very polite and respectful to my wife and had fun with my 3 year old daughter throughout the process. This made for an enjoyable sales experience with some "give and take" and a couple "hard lines" but in the end, my wife and I were happy with the price and purchase and we all left on good terms. I would definitely recommend Abdul and Dick Hannah to my friends and family and greatly appreciated his honesty and candor, as well as his earnest efforts to take care of me as a customer! More

Ather Munson was the salesperson that worked with me regarding the purchase of a used 2005 Subaru. As it could not be sold until the car was serviced and detailed he stayed on top of the process and told me when the car would be available for purchase. If he had not stayed on top of the things being done to the car, we would have lost out on this particular car as many people were ready to buy it! We got the car and without his hard work for us, we would not have been fortunate enough to buy this high quality and much desired vehicle...He also has an outstanding personality and was a pleasure for me to work with.
