I first visited Dick Hannah Subaru on 11/16 to test drive the latest products offered by Subaru. The salesperson I met was Tim Jones who is very knowlegeable, professional, and friendly. He has also been the most patient with me because I came back 6 or 7 times, I lost count and so did he, to test drive the 2014 Forester. I really was dreading the experience of purchasing a car because of all the stuff you have to go through to get the deal done however Tim and the staff at Dick Hannah made the experience a very, very good one. I have been a Honda customer (also bought my last one at Dick Hannah) but I am now a Subaru fan after learning about the safety, reliability and overall value with the Subaru product. You can buy a Subaru somewhere else but I would recommend Dick Hannah because the people do make the difference: Kenny Nguyen and Curtis Etchandy-thanks for working so hard to locate the vehicle for me, I really, really appreciate the effort. Kamal Chaer-you have a great team and I felt very comfortable at the facility through the whole process. Ammar Njoum-thanks for being patient and explaining the financing terms to me so I could understand them completely. AND Tim Jones-He gets the salesperson's Medal of Honor for putting up with me! I came in to Dick Hannah Subaru expecting to be treated as you would think a car dealership would. Was I surprised, our salesman Tim was fantastic, he treated me with respect and was to the point with pric as you would think a car dealership would.
