Over the last few months I had visited SEVERAL car dealers in search of a car that would be perfect for my family. Due to recent events I "thought" I was car searching with pretty damaged credit and dealers in search of a car that would be perfect for my family. Due to recent events I "thought" I was car searching with pretty damaged credit and would have to sacrifice by having a high interest rate/long term in order to get the reliable car that I really needed. Each car dealer I visited presented me with different information regarding my credit but NONE of them showed me what my actual score was and what I could qualify for UNTIL I visited Dick Hannah Subaru. The honest attitude that I got from both Abdul Quddus and Kenny Nguyen were what hooked me within my first 30 min visit. Kenny actually showed me what my credit score was, told me that it was not damaged after all, and that I really could get a pretty good interest rate, despite what other car dealers had previously told me. This was my first NEW car purchase and so I wanted it to be just right, going back and forth on features and colors Abdul was ever so patient with me and Kenny did his best to search down the perfect car somewhere in the PNW Region. I finally pushed the order through and my car arrived 2 weeks EARLY! Brand New 2014 Crosstrek! When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon to sign my final paperwork Ammar Njoum walked me through each piece of paper and took the time to make sure I understood everything even though he had gotten off shift an hour earlier and I'm sure would have much rather been home with his family. I cannot express how much I appreciate the honesty and loyalty that each of these guys gave to me on each one of my visits. On August 31st I Purchased my new 2014 Subaru Outback at Dick Hannah, then went on vacation. Just getting a chance to write today. I purchase a new car every two or three years and have been to many dealer Dick Hannah, then went on vacation. Just getting a chance to write today. I purchase a new car every two or three years and have been to many dealers in my 54 years in the Portland metro area. My experience at this dealership was by far the best I've ever had. They gave me a great price on my new car, as well as a very fair price on my trade in. Curtis and Mike are great guys to work with, refreshing to work with people who have a sense of humor and enjoy what they do for a living. The whole purchasing process from start to finish was the way all car dealers should operate. You don't get that feeling of being taken advantage of or being ripped off. If you are looking to be treated with respect, and have some fun during car shopping you should definitely check these guys out. My experience was great at Dick Hannah Subaru. I got connected with Dave and he dealt with my wavering for a whole month before we actually figured out what I wanted, and how to get it for me. He was always so prompt in contacting me after an email or phone call. Always friendly and helpful, and willing to help me out even though I wasn't 100% sure of what I was looking for. He helped me get the car that I wanted, with all the bells and whistles on it. This being my first time buying a car, I was nervous and scared about being unhappy with whatever I chose, but I am so excited and thrilled with my new car that I would recommend this dealership and particularly Dave to anyone I know who wants to buy a Subaru, new or used. The actual process of buying a car was very smooth. Even though there was a lot of paperwork and signing, everything was laid out in front of me, explained, and organized. The financial portion was also explained very thoroughly, along with all of my additional options for insurance and warranty. Overall, a great experience and now I am driving a car that I never thought I would own. Very satisfied. More
