My shopping experience at Dick Hannah was excellent! It started with Internet Marketing Assistant Kent Ha. I “built” a car on Subaru’s website and compared prices among Subaru dealers in my area. Where oth started with Internet Marketing Assistant Kent Ha. I “built” a car on Subaru’s website and compared prices among Subaru dealers in my area. Where other dealerships took a day or more to respond to my email questions, Kent got back to me within hours or minutes. Kent was able to find the car we wanted (special order because of optional features) for the best price. For that reason, I chose Dick Hannah over other dealers located much closer to home. Upon arriving at Dick Hannah, we were greeted by Sales Representative Brian Ramsdell, who treated my wife and I like royalty. Brian did a quick appraisal of our trade-in and put together the sales documents in no time. Because our car was a special order, we were scheduled to take delivery about a week later. The plan was to take care of the paperwork in advance so, when the car arrived we could just pick it up and drive away. This is where Sales Manager Kenny Nguyan came in to play. While my wife and I were finishing up the paperwork, Kenny located a car with all but a few options we wanted at a dealer about 200 miles from Hannah. Kenny said he could have the delivered and all the options installed by the following day. Obviously, my wife and I were thrilled. Kenny was great. The next day, my wife and returned to Hannah to pick up our Car. Brian was waiting for us when we arrived. He had the car waiting in the parking lot. The car was exactly as promised--all options installed, detailed, and a full tank of gas. Brian familiarized us with all of the features, paired our phone to the Bluetooth system on the car, and away we went—satisfied customers. In the following days, Brian and the Hannah Service Department called us to make sure we were happy with our car and that everything was working to our expectations. We really appreciated this. In summary, our purchase at Dick Hannah Subaru was a 10 out of 10. We recommend Hannah to anyone considering a car purchase. Thanks again to Kent, Brian and Kenny—great Job!! David and Isabel More

Ron was great, easy to work with and experienced. Ron and the others went out of their way to get us the car and deal that we wanted. I first went to Dick Hannah in December and bought a car from Pete, Pete was great but the car was not, I bought a outback sport stick and it just did not fit my family needs. Huyen was great the last time I went in, quick service and only showed me Foresters I really wanted to buy/ would be able to buy. Ammar the business manager is who really went out of his way to get my family the car we really wanted. He worked quick and hard to make all the numbers work. He did not mess around or give us outrageous payments. My family and I are now the very proud owners of a Forester, a car we will keep forever. More
