We recently purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback from Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver, WA. We initially worked with Erin Wallace via internet sales. My husband also spoke with her by phone and we decided that we would travel the two hours to see the car. We were frustrated with some less than satisfactory meetings with our local Subaru dealership so were very interested in looking outside of our local Eugene, OR area. We met Brian Ramsdell and right away felt very comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered our questions very competently. We had been looking at this particular car model and features for awhile so it helped to be able to really study the car again and Brian was great to work with. We spent quite a bit of time with Brian and he was very patient with us and after reviewing all the information and seeing that we were able to stick with the price that Erin had quoted us, we decided to make the purchase with Dick Hannah Subaru. This is a large purchase for us so we are very careful with a decision like this and Brian helped us feel comfortable with it, whereas the dealership we had tried to work with in our home town just didn't that feeling of trust that is so important so that when you leave the showroom you feel that something is missing. We certainly did not feel like that when we left with our car this time! We have been driving our car about 1-1/2 weeks now and just love it and definitely do not have buyer's remorse and feel that how we were treated and the very fair price we paid for our car certainly played into that. More

"DJ" changed any preconceived notion that salesmen were just out to sell cars. He was very patient and worked beyond what I expected to help me find and buy a new subaru.
