My wife and I just purchased a new Subaru Outback from Dick Hannah Subaru. The on-site sales man (Mike ?Lastname?) was very helpful even though we were getting the car for near dealer invoice and he would be making little or no commission. He worked to get the add-ons we wanted even though some were supposedly "backordered" according to another salesman there. Signing and initial service was very quick. We were in and out in under two hours with no hassles and a price we were happy with. More

After buying the vehicle, Peter made sure that delivery was perfect, from the cleanness of the vehicle to making sure that my wife and I knew all of the controls and options of the vehicle. He further took us on a tour of the dealership and showed us where and how to bring our vehicle for service. After getting home, we discovered a minor issue (water spots) with the vehicle. We didn't go in with extremely high expectation as it IS a car dealership, and we were going to have to deal with CAR SALESMAN. He focused more on the information aspect of the vehicle we were looking to purchase rather than the selling aspect, which we appreciated right away. He really knew his product and I felt way more informed about what we were purchasing, because as it stands the car sold itself! We went back and forth only a few times until we came to an agreement WE were satisfied with and everyone that we worked with were very friendly and not to mention very, very humorous.
