After searching several cars online, through multiple dealerships, we decided to pay a visit to Dick Hannah Subaru after finding a couple of cars we were interested in. I'm not a huge fan of car shopping dealerships, we decided to pay a visit to Dick Hannah Subaru after finding a couple of cars we were interested in. I'm not a huge fan of car shopping and dealing with the back and forth banter of the typical car salesmen. Fortunately, we chose the right place to go. As soon as we got out of our car, Ron Mentek was there to greet us with a smile. I told him what I was looking for, and he took me straight to it. No muss, no fuss. Had a fabulous test drive, and felt like I was talking to a friend, rather than a salesperson. During the whole process, Ron made us feel at home, told stories, and got to know us. We got a great deal, and we couldn't of asked for a better experience. Shout out to Long who processed all our paperwork as well. These guys are not only super friendly, but hilarious to boot. Highly recommended!! More
Joel Pickell is a star. My first car buying experience was hassle-free and I walked out with a smile on my face. Joel is fair and I know he bent over backwards to win my business. The amount of time he spent with me to make sure I understood all the whistles and bells is unparalleled compared to some of the horror stories I have heard from family and friends that went to the 'other guys'. I think he asked me about 10 times if I was sure there were no more questions, as it was his goal to have me know the car inside and out before I left. Who does that? To say I am pleased is an understatement. Joel did not treat me like a walking wallet but a person he would like to get to know. He now knows I am a huge backgammon dork and I hope that I get to run into his favorite sushi restaurant, Bamboo. I would highly recommend Joel if you want the easiest car buying experience of your life. My 2014 Forester is not only my first Subaru and now know it will not be my last. Because of the Dick Hannah lots in close proximity, Tim was able to show us around a few of the dealerships so that we could test drive different makes and models but with the same sales person. Tim and the rest of the team were very professional and in the end went the extra mile to help us out. I never felt pressed throughout the process, very low key negotiations and love the vehicle that I drove home. More

I was satisfied with my older Subaru for at least a couple on more years. I made a take it or leave it offer, not expecting it to be accepted, but to my surprise the offer was accepted. Peter showed me all the features of my new Forester and so far I love this car. Past experience with the service department keeps me from using them for any car, so I will be having it serviced at a mechanic I trust. More
I was very impressed by the service I received at Dick Hannah Subaru! I originally called because I was not happy that my Forster had been in for the same repairs twice in the last month, and I felt like Hannah Subaru! I originally called because I was not happy that my Forster had been in for the same repairs twice in the last month, and I felt like the problem remained. Tom Gilstrap, the Parts & Service Director, went “above and beyond” when I called to explain my situation. He turned my initial unsatisfied experience into a very very positive one. He had a loaner car sent to my workplace and picked up my Forester…which helped alleviate the inconvenience of being without a car. He worked with his lead techs to test and retest my car under all kinds of conditions. He kept me in-the-loop on the status over 2 weeks. At the end of this troubleshooting when it was determined that the cost of repairs was greater than my car’s value, Tom put me in touch with Ron Mentek, a Dick Hannah Subaru sale representative. Because the Service and Sales Departments work closely together, Ron was well aware of our situation. He made sure that when he came in to look at cars, he a great selection of cars on the lot that met our criteria. Tom, Ron, and Subaru were great to work with! More
