Tim Jones was our salesperson - he was genuine, friendly, communicated well and worked hard to help us find the 2014 Forester Limited that fit us. Once we picked the right car, the negotiation was relatively painless. A couple of back-and-forths, but we had planned for that and pretty quickly arrived at a fair price. After we shook hands and got the final price write-up, there was a hiccup regarding fees, which was no one's fault but did delay the closing process. Once that part got resolved, however, we were back on track. Kacy did a good job of keeping things fun as he took us through the traditionally not-fun subjects of warranties, financing, insurance and licensing. Most importantly, we love our new car. The 2014 Forester is a joy to drive and extremely versatile. All in all, a very good experience. Kudos to Tim, Kacy and staff at Dick Hannah Subaru. More
Salesman Brian Ramsdell was very helpful, and was not pushy at any time during the sales process. The sales manager even carried her around to all the desks to show her off while we were filling out paper work. Friendly staff all around. The service department was a bit backed up, so it took a while to get the car washed and ready to go, so Brian kept us company and we watched TV in the showroom. A week after my purchase I emailed Brian to ask if he could send me a sales brochure for the 2013 Legacy, which is the model I purchased. When I was in the showroom they were out, and I wanted one for my records. He sent it out the same day. I highly recommend Dick Hannah Subaru! Friendly staff and a nice showroom, and they sell the best cars around. More
Overall it was a good experience. We went in wanting a 2012-2012 Outback and came out with our first brand new 2014 Forester and we LOVE IT!!!!!!!! There was a little confusion on the interior color of th 2012-2012 Outback and came out with our first brand new 2014 Forester and we LOVE IT!!!!!!!! There was a little confusion on the interior color of the car I wanted, but it was handled very quickly and professionally to get us what we wanted. It has everything we wanted. We initially contacted Dick Hannah Subaru online. Jeremiah replied and we exchanged emails then went to see him and take a test drive after we had visited or talked to other car dealers. When we met Jeremiah we found him very knowledgeable and helped guide us to the Outback model that fit our needs. And the price he quoted is the price we paid and it was the lowest price for similar size vehicles from other car dealerships. Their slogan is, "Believe in Nice". That is the exactly the way they do business! I will buy my next car from them! You should include them on your short list. More
