They have a great loyalty program and I am actually looking forward to coming in for my first oil change and free car wash!!! After test driving and deciding that this was the Jeep I wanted, he worked with me to figure out a payment plan that worked for me and walked me through the paperwork. Jeremiah made the whole thing very laid back, easy, and overall enjoyable. I had to get my mother's signature as a co-signer, but she was unable to make it to the dealership that day because it was about an hour away. I wasn't going to be able to take the Jeep home that day without her signature. Jeremiah went above and beyond by taking one of the dealership rental cars and following me while I drove the Jeep over sixty miles to get my mother's signature. That is some of the best service I have every seen by a business. I would highly recommend this dealership and Jeremiah Ostrander if you are looking for a large selection of vehicles, nice atmosphere, and great customer service while buying a used or new car. More

After making a verbal commitment, I was contacted by David Johnson to schedule a time to test drive and pick up my new Outback. I should also mention, once the car I wanted was unloaded off the delivery truck David kept the keys with him so no one else could drive it, (maybe a small matter to some but appreciated by me). We recently bought a new Subaru Forester from Dick Hanna Subaru. Probably one of the darkest and rainest nights of the whole year. Joel Pickell our saleman greeted us out in the rain when we arrived.
