We found Dick Hannah Subaru online while searching for a certain color of Subaru. I called early in the morning and was surprised to get a person period. I spoke with Tuan Bui who was very friendly. I told Tuan we were calling from a long distance and that we just wanted to see if there were any of the exact car we wanted near him. He said "no problem give me a minute and I will check for you" Tuan called me back within 10 minutes and said I can have one for you in two days. I told tuan I had already gotten a really good deal locally and wondered if they would match our price so we didn't have to wait two weeks to get one locally. After 10 minutes he called me back and said "no problem". On the day the car arrived in Oregon two other dealerships were fighting to get the car as well. Tuan fought and was able to not only lock the car down for us but made arrangements for the car to be transported to rest of the way to Vancouver for us. On the day we were leaving to pick up the car I texted Tuan to make sure everything was still a go and he said "yep its washed and has a full tank of gas". When we arrived to pick up our car the staff greeted us, and at some point I think nearly every person in the dealership either thanked us for waiting or said thank you for our business, or asked if we needed anything. Dick Hannah Subaru also had alot of impressive perks for buying through them that we are unable to take advantage of due to distance but we found them impressive none the less. Our finance manager who was working close to 9pm with us although he was obviously very busy was very friendly and efficient. Overall we had a great experience with our salesman Tuan and the whole staff at Dick Hannah Subaru. Deffinitely would reccommend them to anyone. More
We appreciated that we could look at cars on the lot without any interference. When we were ready to ask questions and looked for someone to talk with, Tuan introduced himself and did a great job showi without any interference. The specific car we were looking for was not in inventory but Tuan offered to check with the other dealers. I received an email from Tuan 3 hours later that the car we were looking for was available at a great price. We went back the next day to purchase the car and met with Mike who did a great job of showing us all the features and guiding us through the sales process. We did not have a trade-in and financing had already been arranged, I was a little disappointed that the dealer ship still felt the need to run through the credit check game. Overall, Mike did a great job handling the sale, talking with us while the paperwork was being prepared and coordinating all the steps in the sales process. We also appreciated Becky's efficiency in preparing, explaining and. completing the sales documentation . More

So yesterday (4/2/2013) I brought my 08' Impreza 2.5i in for a manufacture recall. Apparently Subaru needed to update the cars computer with a download that was not supposed to directly affect my cars pe in for a manufacture recall. Apparently Subaru needed to update the cars computer with a download that was not supposed to directly affect my cars performance. Oddly enough it did. The funny thing is the car drives and responds now better than when I had purchased it. After all the times I have brought my car in to multiple service stations to bring this to attention and was brushed off like that's how the car is supposed to perform. Now all 4 issues I had are suddenly gone with this magical update. Which leads me to question for the last 3 years I've been driving around like this has any damage actually been caused? ANYWHO......the issue I have is during all of this hour wait for an update I had asked if they were able to change a passenger side license plate light. I even brought my own bulbs that I had purchased before I even came in. I've spent more than a few years working on cars so I was kinda dumbfounded when I couldn't figure out how to change a license plate light. TURNS OUT Dick Hanna Subaru figured out you have to remove the entire panel of the rear door just to do it..(for Subaru that is seriously a first).......plus it would take them a half hour to do. Today I did it in just 15 minutes. But the ISSUE is that of the 2 bulbs I had purchased just before service......they only gave me 1 of MY bulbs back. The other issue I have is when I had gotten my car back (an no I did not notice it right away because I had an appointment to get to after my service) was the side panel on the floor by your left foot is now missing the thumb screw which locks it into place. So today (4/3/2013) when I came back to get a new screw and a bulb the greeter (of whom his name is not on my receipt-same guy that took care of me yesterday) started to argue with me in the customer lounge in front of another customer that we didn't take your bulb or touch your screw. 1) How unprofessional do you get? Let alone to have a conversation like that in front of another paying customer. 2) I paid $5 bucks for 2 bulbs the day of my service and I now lose out on 1 of them. You guys pay $5 for 10 bulbs at a package deal. BUT yet you feel the need to argue about it. Over such a CHEAP piece of product. 3) The only reason why I noticed the thumb screw was gone is because the week before I had detailed the car so was already in that area to see it before hand. But when I got out of my car for my appointment after the service the panel was hanging........ -THIS IS WHY I DO NOT TRUST SERVICE CENTERS THAT HIDE YOUR CAR WHILE THEY WORK ON IT. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time or energy to come back. You did not resolve my basic issues so why would I waste my time complaining about the performance end of my car now. I think I'll take my time to look for a nice Toyota to trade this P.O.C. in. Never once did I receive any issues in service from them. This car has been a downright nightmare for service since I have purchased it. LET ALONE all the things that have need replaced for a car bought at 60k and now sits at 92k miles wise. The car isn't the best but the service here is some of the worst I have ever seen let alone experienced. More

Tim is new and did a wonderful job. I was happy with my experience. I would of liked to paid less for the car and if I wasn't an out of towner and it was a long process I would of fought harder. The manager was a little harsh when he stepped in to talk money. Made my heart race. Which I know they didn't pay more than 3 for that car as trade in and I p6. I'd been happier paying a little less but over all I'm satisfied. I'm happy that that money will go to a great guy and his family. I love my car! Thank you guys. Becky was fabulous also. More
My wife and I went new car shopping and Dick Hannah Subaru was on our list. When we arrived we were met by Ali who was the best salesperson I have ever had the priveledge of working with. He was very Subaru was on our list. When we arrived we were met by Ali who was the best salesperson I have ever had the priveledge of working with. He was very knowledgeable and did not apply any pressure. After checking on several different vehicles at different dealerships we returned to Dick Hannah Subaru and Ali helped us purchase a 2014 Subaru Forester that we really like.
