I drove three hours to look at a car that I had already negotiated a price (Tyler) for over the phone with their internet salesmen. Working with them was easy and an overall good experience until I got to the dealership. The wife and I called and talked to Marcus to let him know we were on the way 2.5 hours before getting there. When I looked at the car it was not prepared and had a check engine light, low (almost flat) tires and the gas tank was well below empty. When I confronted the sales person about the dealership putting gas in the car he said that they can only put it about 5 gallons, I wasn't going to accept that so he got approval to fill it up from the GSM. So after a three hour drive (plus about 30 minutes lost) and getting a check from the back to get this car, we sit at the table and a different number was laid out. My wife said to check the notes for the price because we new, for a fact, that it was in there and let me tell you how we know. We know because the night before we has two different internet salesmen confirmed (Marcus and Tyler) that it was and we called back to confirm the price, which it was confirmed, and that is why I drove all the way there to get the car. We were there for hours and we were both furious at what was happening. At the end before we left, we spoke to the GSM and he showed us the notes that were made and it looked like something was dealed. Not only that but there was a gap where it should have said the price we agreed upon and that was the only not recorded (noted) phone call on the entire 3 pieced of paper!!! Do not go here, There is so much more to the story but I am honestly tired of typing and want to eat breakfast. I guess this is how they TREAT THERE MILLITARY PERSONEL at this dealership. Its nice getting back from my last deployment just to get screwed by the people I protect and make sacrifices for every single day. More

I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from Dick Hannah Subaru a couple of weeks ago. I normally purchase all of my vehicles from private parties because I want the lowest possible price and I don't like to deal a couple of weeks ago. I normally purchase all of my vehicles from private parties because I want the lowest possible price and I don't like to deal with auto salespeople. I must say that my experience at Dick Hannah was excellent. I worked out the price I wanted over the phone, the vehicle checked out, Ron and JD took great care of me (without any unexpected charges). I would recommend my friends and family to visit my friends at Dick Hannah Subaru anytime. Brian More

We had secured an online quote from Chris for an Outback with a dark cloth interior to arrive the 20th of Dec. However, after seeing the tan interior option, we changed our minds, and Brian and Curtis searched high and low, but there were none available at Dick Hannah or any of the surrounding dealerships at least through the end of January. We could have placed an order and waited, but we were offered the Limited model with the tan interior for a very fair price in order to compensate. I owned a Subaru back in the '80's that was continually breaking down and was so unreliable, I was determined never to own another one. As we were car shopping, my husband suggested a Subaru and I immediately said "no". However, after several weeks of consideration, reviewing "Consumer Reports" magazine and some other research findings, it appeared as though Subaru had come a long way. Ask me now, and I will tell you that I love my Subaru. More

I got to Dick Hanna Subaru via the staging: Consumer Reports "build and buy" which is tied to TrueCar.com (but not the dealer) and Dick Hanna being a certified TrueCar dealer. From my Consumer Reports and TrueCar research there were no surprise fees, markups, etc. The process at the dealer was very smooth. No problems. I've had the car around 2.5 weeks and the only thing I had to set up was the compass region number and do its calibration process (drive once in a loop). More

That was the case when I bought a new Outback from JOEL PICKELL at Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver WA. I think Joel "listened" to me, believed what I was telling him, addressed a LOT of questions I had, and helped me find the right Subaru for my needs & finances. I'm not certain I got the "best ever" deal (i.e., the dealership made good profit for sure, and that's ok), but I do think concessions were made to secure the sale, and I appreciate that. I was pleased by the dealership's flexibility in financing options. Joel did not pressure me, nor did Omar Njoum with the closing documents. Both were frank and helpful. Now if the service dept. is as fantastic as the Dick Hannah Honda service dept., I will be a very happy Subaru owner for years and years to come. More
