Huyen provided exceptional customer service during my wife and my experience buying our first car together. After traveling down to Portland to come pick us up, Huyen made us feel comfortable right away, wife and my experience buying our first car together. In our four hours spent at the dealership, we learned just how much of a hard worker Huyen is, and how geniune of a person as well. My wife and I knew for certain the car we wanted, the problem was that we were hesitant to buy right away because it was our first large purchase as a newly married young couple. Huyen was extremely knowledgeable about all of the detailed benefits for buying this particular car, as well as of all of the nitty gritty financial and contractual information. Huyen respected that this was a huge decision for us, and allowed us what I felt was the proper amount of alone time to converse with out him around, so that we did not feel pressured into anything. Huyen was able to get the car we wanted down to a price that we were certain we could afford, and at a great rate. After we had officially purchased our new car, he followed us back to our home in Portland so that we could give him a few documents that he needed for the dealership, so that we did not have to return to Vancouver with them the next day. As far as buying a car goes, Huyen could not have made this an easier process for us, and additionally, we felt good giving a sale to such a hard working and kind individual. Thank you Huyen! More

First off I don't know that I'll be able to sum up what a great experience it was working with Long and the Hannah Staff. I will do my best. I had purchased a Subaru from CARR Subaru here in the portland area and agreed to certain terms and contracts that they couldn't hold up to and called me repeatedly to change some part of the contract. After a week a decided to take the car back and get my trade in back in my possesion. Before doing so I thought I had given up hope on purchasing a subaru as this was the worst customer interactions I have every experienced and I work at an auto repair shop myself. I decided to contact Dick Hannah after getting tons of great references towards them. From the first phone call with Long it was 200% better than that of CARR Subaru. He assured me that he would take care of me from start to finish. He did exactly that, getting my financing done prior to driving an hour up to Washington as he said "time is valueable." From the first hand shake to the ending paperwork he was there and understood exactly what I did and didn't want and what I could and couldn't do. Not a problem whatever you need. I have never been more satisfied with the service and experience I had at Dick Hannah. I will strongly recommend anyone interested in a new car to them. More
