I went on a Wednesday morning - not a lot of other customers around. It was a very good experience. They were very friendly - no pressure. They did push the extended 7 year warranty for an extra $1000, and I went ahead and got that. Still not completely sure if that's worth it - but, if there's any problems in the next 7 years I'll probably be happy I got it. More
I have purchased two subarus from Dick Hanna in the last year. Each time Long was my salesman. Long is great to work with and I recommend him highly. Wow! Mike was absolutely amazing! We are from Salem and drove specifically to Washington to work with Mike at the Subaru dealership. He was a pleasure to work with on the phone, as well as in person. We were able to get the car we wanted at a fair price all by phone. Once we agreed on price, away we drove up the freeway to the Dick Hannah dealership to meet Mike and our new car! At the dealership, we inspected the car, completed the financing, reviewed the owner's manuals all in a timely fashion. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, and the next time we need a car- we will head back to Vancouver. More

I'm always weary of car dealerships and before heading up to Dick Hannah, I had just had a not-so-pleasant interaction with Wentworth Subaru, so I was skeptical. From the minute David Johnson (DJ) greeted u to Dick Hannah, I had just had a not-so-pleasant interaction with Wentworth Subaru, so I was skeptical. From the minute David Johnson (DJ) greeted us, we knew this would be different. He was nice, professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and - the best part - not pushy at all! When the sales manager joined us to discuss my trade I was ready for the pressure to be put upon us, but even he was great. The woman in finance was awesome, too (although she did talk us into the extended warranty... still not sure about that one). I feel good about my purchase and the price I got on my trade, highly recommend Dick Hannah and DJ. It was worth the drive from Oregon. More

Driving a brand new car off the lot definitely gave me some buyers anxiety, but when I returned to the dealership a few days later with some questions about my car the service and car from each and every employee made all my anxieties go away. We went into Dick Hannah sure we wanted to buy a new Subaru, so we made their job easy. I was surfing the websites of several other dealers in the Portland area in addition to Dick Hannah. This was the first dealership we visited and bought our new Forester a few hours later. We were so happy with the service experience that we never looked any further. The internet sales department responded quickly, our salesman Sam Gibbs was super friendly and knowledgeable and the finance guy Omar made it easy and we got a great rate on Subabru financing. If customer service in the future is as good as the great sales experience we had then we will surely be buying another new car from Dick Hannah in the future. Better than most car buying experiences we have had in the past. They treated us like VIPs. More
