Tim is new and did a wonderful job. I was happy with my experience. I would of liked to paid less for the car and if I wasn't an out of towner and it was a long process I would of fought harder. This is our 2nd car buying experience with Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver, WA. Each time we visited the dealership because our family was growing and we needed a larger vehicle to accommodate it. The first time we weren't sure what we wanted, we just knew we needed SOMETHING to fit our needs. They tirelessly walked us through the process with a smile and were very reassuring and mindful of our needs as it was our first car purchase as a married couple. We walked away with a 2011 Subaru Forester and couldn't have been happier. Fast forward two years and we again found ourselves lacking space with 2 children and a 3rd on the way. This time we had a good idea of what we wanted when we showed up to the lot. Jeremiah Ostrander approached us with a friendly greeting and offered to help with anything he could. We told him we were looking for an SUV with 3rd row seating, in particular a Pilot or a Pathfinder. We also said that we weren't ready to purchase anything right then but that we just wanted to look inside and get an idea about the different options. Not only was he fine with that he spent over an hour walking us around all the Dick Hannah lots, fetching keys and offering suggestions without any high pressure sales tactics. When we were done he shook our hands with a smile, gave us his card and told us to contact him if we had any more questions or would like to test drive anything. Again, no pressure. Fast forward two weeks and we were ready to test drive the Pathfinder and Pilot. Jeremiah went out of his way to track down a Pathfinder in Portland and bring it back to Vancouver for us to drive. It was late on a Sunday and we had our 7 y/o and 15 month old children with us so when we decided to purchase the 2012 Pathfinder. Jeremiah and the finance department double timed the paperwork and negotiation processes for us as we were quickly losing the support of our bored and tired children. It was all very painless and we left a happy family with a new vehicle. I would recommend the Dick Hannah Subaru team to anyone and we will definitely be back when we out grow this one, thanks guys!
