Our salesperson was Brian. Throughout the experience, he was friendly, accommodating, and worked with us. He was very professional and the bright spot of the transaction. The sales manager on day one wasn' was friendly, accommodating, and worked with us. He was very professional and the bright spot of the transaction. The sales manager on day one wasn't willing to meet our price (even our top price), and we felt he was more aggressive than he needed to be. We left that day not making the deal. Plus, we later learned they had forgotten to give our registration back for our trade-in. We called that day and asked them to mail it to us as we figured we wouldn't return. The next day we called, initially to ask about picking up the registration in person, and Brian said they were able to come to our pricing terms if we were still interested. We went up that evening and traded in our car. Happily, this part of the transaction was very smooth, quick, and professional. They threw in some extras, which we greatly appreciated. Brian was good, and we appreciated his efforts. The finance person was very friendly and thorough. There was a different sales manager who was there during the transaction itself who was also very nice. Our sales person, finance person, and second sales managers were pleasant to work with. We weren't thrilled with the initial sales manager on day one, however. He was too in-our-face, and we didn't like some of the sales tactics used in the early parts of the process. More

Joel Pickell was right their to greet us and promise he could do even better if given the chance. He listened to what we were looking for and did not pressure us to buy more than we wanted. However, he did give us more than we asked for within the same price range. We even get free tires!!! I bought my very first car for my self without what I was afraid would be a big hassle. I recommend it to all of you over 60 if you waited this long. More
