We arrived with our buyers club certificate, for a specific vehicle, in hand so was hopeful our experience would be positive and were not disappointed, mostly. Our experience was completely positive until it came time for the paperwork and that was also an okay experience with Tanya. However, we had to wait for over an hour to finalize the paperwork because Tanya was the only financial person working on a Friday afternoon. It was very disappointing that we arrived for our test drive at 3pm and didn't leave in our new car until close to 7pm. I would recommend that Dick Hannah design a system where individuals paying cash for their cars are processed in a more expeditious fashion. More
