We arrived with our buyers club certificate, for a specific vehicle, in hand so was hopeful our experience would be positive and were not disappointed, mostly. However, we had to wait for over an hour to finalize the paperwork because Tanya was the only financial person working on a Friday afternoon. It was very disappointing that we arrived for our test drive at 3pm and didn't leave in our new car until close to 7pm. I would recommend that Dick Hannah design a system where individuals paying cash for their cars are processed in a more expeditious fashion. More

Financing experience was only fair as advertised interest rate was not the rate that was available when I finaled financing responsive to questions.
