I dealt with Ammar Njoum and had a great experience. I am writing this review because I feel tht some posts on other sites my have portrayed Dick Hannah as a pushy Sales type atmosphere. My experience was nice and smooth. We waited a while but buying a car isn't a quick thing to do. My wife and I spent the better half of our day at Dick Hannah and couldn't be happier ith our trade in amount and our purchase. I would recommend anyone to go in and see Ammar and buy a car. I only say Ammar because he is the only sales person I dealt with. I can't say for other sales personnel but I can say Ammar did a great job. More

My wife and I searched around for an Outback with the options we wanted. We found one at Dick Hannah in Vancouver. We both work full time, so we drove down after work, from approx 30 miles away. I called and talked with Mizan about the vehicle earlier in the day, and it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the dealer. We test drove, he answered all my questions intellegently and thoughtfully. The negotiating process was very easy and low pressure. I got a fair deal for the trade in and a good price on the new car. Since we didnt get there until near closing time, we were there until almost 10:00 pm before all the paperwork was completed. The financing officer and manager hung out and made sure we understood everything and were comfortable. Mizan has followed up with us several times to ensure we are happy with the vehicle and has been on the spot with any questions we may have. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years, and this was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Keep it up and I'll be back for my next car! More

I did the negotiation in person, it was a pleasant process, and we talked down to the price i want. and he let you know everything about my forester that I need to know and very helpful to answer my questions quick and nice every time.
