Would have liked to gotten more for my trade-in, but it was workable. Throughout the process worked mainly with Ron M., he is very congenial, helpful, tries to get a vehicle that fits what you’re asking for, and no hard sell pressure. When we arrived at Hannah, Huyen helped us with the car, test drive and getting the paper work all finished. He was pleasant, professional and fun. Also, the sales manager and finance person were great to deal with. All in all, a great buying experience and I would highly reccomend this dealership. More
I had scheduled an appt for an oil change. Got there and waited 20 mins before someone decided to help, and even then they couldnt find my appt. because they were looking at the wrong date. When they finally did find it, I gave them the $8.88 coupon for oil change. I didnt get to look at the invoice and assumed they knew what I wanted from the coupon. the service tech grabbed it before I could look. I came back and got a $40 bill. I said I thought the car wash was free but Debra said I scheduled a extensive wash. I didnt know there was a difference. I didnt want this and Debra said she made a mistake not showig me the invoice. she asked me to at least pay for some of the servic and gave me a discount. I did so I could just could go home. I paid $30 and she gave me a $10 credit. she said the credit will appear when they bring up my name in this system. I had another coupon for $8.88 oil change and wanted to bring another vehicle in for that. I scheduled one online and left a note to honor my $10 credit since I couldn't bring it in. the credit was not honored because it didnt show in the system after changing the oil. I called to get a hold of Debra for several days but finally got a voicemail saying the credit is back in. I didnt want a credit but a refund. I'm not sure where the apply the rain-x during a car wash, but if its on the windows, it certainly did not show. The rain did not run down the window like it should have. I have used rain-x before. I give up on Subaru service. More
I just bought a 2012 Forester XT. Worked with the internet team to find the right car with the features that I wanted before I ever went to the dealership. Also agreed on a price in advance. Once the car was there, I went in and met Mike, who went with me on a test drive and pointed out some of the features of the car. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable and eager to answer any question. After the test drive, I worked with a woman (Becky?) to complete the financing paperwork and discuss other options like extended warranty, tinting, window etching, etc. There was a little pressure here, but nothing undue. Many customers are looking for these options, so there was nothing unexpected here. 90 minutes after I arrived, I drove home in my new Forester. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend this dealership to others! More
