Ali took time despite that it was New Year's Eve, explained how to work the new features so I could get home safely :) and very pleasant and easy-going to work with. Caveat: this is a dealership where you have to haggle with sales and go through the manager - prepare yourself. Car sales being what it is, this was a pretty good experience! More

We live in puyallup wa, and tried working with a dealership 45 minutes away. We could not get a salesperson to keep us informed of a presale order for a 2012 impreza. Out of frustration on a sunday afternoon, we pulled up subaru dealerships in washington and called Dick Hannah Subaru because of dealer ratings and a great website. Ammar answered the sales call, asked the right questions, listened to everything on our "wish list" and called back within the hour with some available car choices. He did a perfect job, and "held" a car for us until we could make the long journey to vancouver. Once there, he came out to us immediately and within 10 minutes we were driving a few different styles of the new Impreza. We found one we liked, and just like that, we now own a subaru! This was absolutely the easiest and best experience we could have ever hoped for from a car dealership. I went to Dick Hannah because they had the best prices and I bought a 99 Outback in 1999 and have loved it. The salesman was very nice and not "pushy".
