We were treated very well by salesman Mike Krewi. He wasn't too pushy and let us take our time to make the decision we wanted. I went to Dick Hannah because of countless recommendations from friends who had worked with this dealership. Upon my arrival I saw an amazing selection of Subaru's, and was greeted with no recommendations from friends who had worked with this dealership. Upon my arrival I saw an amazing selection of Subaru's, and was greeted with nothing but smiles. I had spent about a week going back and forth with Chris in the internet marketing department, because of this, I was already pretty set on a price. I worked with Adrian in the beginning, he took me for a test drive and got me all lined up on the info. Mizan finished the deal and was nothing but friendly with me. Between Chris, Adrian, Mizan, and Curtis I left the dealership the same day that I walked in with a brand new 2012 Subaru outback. The best part, I left feeling GREAT. I knew that I had been treated well, taken care of, and that I will definitely be passing on the name Dick Hannah to friends down the road, when it is time for them to purchase a new car. Cheers. Even though we had prearranged financing and didn't trade in another car, it took several hours to complete all the paperwork for our purchase. More
Working with the salesman was great. He was much more low-key than the salesmen I remember. In fact I put off buying a car because I hated dealing with car salesmen. The price was appropriate. I've only had the car a few weeks, but I did take it back to get Lojack installed and have the vehicle aligned. The service was prompt. In fact, I had to keep repeating 'the car does not need to be washed. It's going back out on the freeway and will just get dirty." The financing was problematic as I already had talked to my bank about financing, but ended up with a contract at a credit union with a higher interest charge than my bank quoted me. After looking at the paperwork from the credit union, I find that the amount financed is at least $700 too much. If this gets resolved, I will re-edit this rating. This dealership does work very hard to get you in a car and keep you coming back. If and when I buy another vehicle, I'll start looking at the Hannah dealership. More
I only went in because I kept getting emails from the dealership saying that they wanted to buy my old car. Beings that we were in a bad loan I was curious to see if they could actually do anything. Not expecting them to be able to help us they actually got us into a really good car at a somewhat decent monthly. Getting us out of a bad car loan and giving us a great car to leave with. We went in to trade our 2006 Outback for something that would better fit 3 growing kids. Ron let us look at the crossovers we were interested in and let us figure out that even a crossover wasn't gonna wo would better fit 3 growing kids. We left with a beautiful minivan that has all of the bells & whistles and only had to pay $1000 after trade-in. We then came back the next day and bought a fun, new car for when we don't have the kids. The new Subaru Leagacy is beautiful and very fun to drive. Thanks Ron!! More
