We were treated very well by Sam Gibbs. I was looking for a cheap used vehicle for my wife. After Gibbs helped us look for an hour or so we narrowed the search down to 3 vehicles. The employees we dealed with were courteous and great. The initial employee I spoked with on the phone did not beat around the bush and was to the point. Tuan Bui was warm, courteous, and patient. He also went the extra mile when it came to showing us how to operate a feature on the vehicle. Dick Hannah Subaru is made up of a great team of folks who genuinely like their jobs and want to give you a great buying experience. Sam Gibbs was our salesman and though I waited almost 2 weeks to actual who genuinely like their jobs and want to give you a great buying experience. Sam Gibbs was our salesman and though I waited almost 2 weeks to actually make my decision to purchase the Legacy he was incredibly patient with me, answering my questions regarding my trade-in, he waited for me to be ready. Once I was ready to do it the entire process was very quick and I was able to do the entire thing in a couple of hours after I got off work one Friday evening. The service dept is a real pleasure as well and quickly got my additional accessories added. My car is absolutely fantastic and I love being part of the Subaru family. More

My first thought when I came to this dealership is how the salesman were super polite and very attentive about what my requirements are. After he told me about the AWD system I was sold, and it was the same price as other similiar models minus the AWD. So I got my trade in for my vehicle which was fair and got a fair amount for the car. All in all, I was pleased how well it worked out and I recommend everyone to this dealership. More
