We shopped around at a few Subaru dealerships, including the one that we had bought our last 3 Subarus from and ended up going with this one because of the timeliness of their responses. Hands down this is the worst service department experience I've ever seen. Absolute unapologetic disregard for a customer seeking warranty work on a broken Subaru. We don't have time for questions, can't tell you when it will be done or how long the repair should take, and don't really care so take it or leave it. Apparently Dan Zeka is the manager but either doesn't return phone calls, doesn't get messages, or doesn't really give a rip. I left 3 messages with 3 different people asking for Dan to call me back and never received a call. Dan must be busy living up to the we could care less about you attitude in the service department at Dick Hannah Subaru. More

My initial contact with the dealership was through their internet sales department, from which I received an attractive quote. Same department was also able to answer the various questions related to our c internet sales department, from which I received an attractive quote. Same department was also able to answer the various questions related to our choice of car, and this way paved the way for our visit to the dealership. We were looking for a specific color, which expectedly were in stock, so we decided to go for it. We left early from Bend to drive to Portland. When almost there we got a phone call from the dealership to say that unfortunately this specific color had not shown up as expected. This made this particular color even more attractive to us, and consequently no other color in stock would do. To help us out the dealership arranged to trade in a car in "our" color from Tacoma. A driver was dispatched to Tacoma. Some 4-5 hours later the car arrived in Portland, and by the end of the day we drove back to Bend in our new car. I can fully say that this dealership went the extra mile to earn our business! More
