I purchased my 2009 Subaru Impreza last year and loved it. When I first came into the Dealership I met Ammar Njoum. I saw the 2011 Subaru Legacy's and I knew I had to have one. I immediately contacted Dick Hannah Subaru because I knew that I had fantastic service last year. I live in Seattle, WA and I drove to Vancouver, WA just to purchase my new 2011 Subaru Legacy from Ammar. The best dealership I've ever dealt with, no pressure, knowledgable, friendly, sincere and answered all our questions and concerns. Concerned about our needs. This is the second car I have bought from Dick Hannah Subaru in Vancouver, Washington. They have an amazing program there called Customers For Life. When the customer agrees to have all servicing done at the Dick Hannah dealership, all sorts of benefits happen-service discounts, discounts on rental cars, free replacement tires, etc. I have worked with the same service manager for the last 5 years and he has been wonderful to work with. They are always on time with their time estimates and couldn't be any friendlier. This made me very inclined to revisit Dick Hannah when it was time to buy a new car. My experience with Dari in new car sales was also very positive. He was very personable and knowledgeable and was not the typical pushy salesman. The haggling was kept to an absolute minimum. All in all, it was the most positive car-buying experience I have ever had. More

I was so pleased with my experience. I talked about getting a new car for several years but I didn't want to deal with pressure salesmen and being passed around. I had none of this at Dick Hannah Suba getting a new car for several years but I didn't want to deal with pressure salesmen and being passed around. I had none of this at Dick Hannah Subaru. Don was so pleasant to deal with and he explained the options on the car thoroughly. I had no pressure to buy when I said I was shopping and when I did decide on a subaru I was given a price and then dealt with Becky in financing with no pressure. I will return to Dick Hannah. More
My husband and I were looking for a vehicle for over a week because our previous vehicle was totaled by a deer. We had been to all of the car dealerships in the portland, hillsboro, clackmas, and willsonv week because our previous vehicle was totaled by a deer. So one morning I came across the vehicle we have been looking for and the price that was right at Dick Hannah Subaru. I called in the morning and got ahold of Ali Shaer who told us he would pull the keys aside for us. He did this because we were very interested in the Vehicle and we were driving 45 mins to a hour away. When my family and I got there Ali told us we could look at the car but know that it hasn't been detailed yet (because they just recieved it) but you can hardly tell because the previous owners took really good car of it. And of course he was right the 2004 Honda Odyssey was in prestine condition. He also told us that we couldn't drive the car because it needed two new tires in the front. I admit I got frustruated because we drove all the way out here to test drive it (even though the moment we saw it we knew we wanted the van). We talked to him and Ali pulled strings. To make along story short he got two new tires on it and he got it cleaned and washed. He provided friendly customer service. We brought out water for all of us. Chips for my son. And also crayons and coloring books for him to keep him occupied. Ali Shaer was the best sales man that we had come across in the long expedition in finding a new van. If you are in need of a new vehicle go to Dick Hannah Subaru and ask for Ali Shaer he is the best cars salesman who understands the value of customer service. More
