My family and I were looking for a great driving but safe car. We were sold on the Subaru Outback Limited 4cyl on the test drive. This is my third Subaru. Ammar Njoum sold me my last two Forrestors. I had came in three times to check out the 2011 and Ammar helped me each time. He was very friendly. We visited the dealership to test drive a car, were met by Bryant Dwyer who showed us two other cars which would give us much more for the investment than the car that brought us in. First contact with Ron: Looking for possibilites in a used car--nothing concrete on my part. He was very helpful and was not pushy. (My '98 had died and I was waiting for my ride). We always felt that we were important; and not pushed into something that we did not want. Becky was great, too! The next day, when we dropped off paperwork for Becky before her scheduled workday; Ron had DH spring for our breakfast, rather than possibly going all the way back to Washougal and returning! Nice; very nice!!! He also explained to me about upgrading my tires through DH, rather than thru Les Schwab (as I usually do) and only paying the difference; not breaking my lifetime warranty on tires (nice!!) Ron said that he would make me happy with a purchase at DH. He did not lie!!! I am VERY Happy!!! More
