I was looking for a Subaru via the internet and filled out a form. I had every dealership in Portland area hound me! Dick Hannah of Vancouver sent only a couple emails and a phone call to see what I nee out a form. I had every dealership in Portland area hound me! They waited til I showed up with fewer contacts which made me respect them and their business practice. I gave Chris, Brian and David my business. they were very friendly, they even drove into Portland to pick me up because I did not have transportation the night I found the car I wanted. The customer service was great. Shawn contacted me within minutes of sending an interest email about the used Subaru I wanted and then they held the keys so I could test drive it the next day, since I had to minutes of sending an interest email about the used Subaru I wanted and then they held the keys so I could test drive it the next day, since I had to travel 2 hours to the dealership. When I got there, I was greeted right away and they brought the car around for me to look at and test drive. Huyen told me about the car as we drove it around and looked over in the lot and when I decided to buy it then Daniel helped me through the paperwork. They were all friendly and we had good conversation, there was no sale pressure to look at other cars, which I appreciated. The price was already discounted below Blue Book, so I got a great car at a great price. More

After making the decision to buy a new Subaru Forester we checked out the dealerships in our area. We went to Carr Subaru first, they only had a few Forester's that we liked. So we made plan's to visit Dick Hannah in Washington, We figured that they had the best selection, and therefore would have the best price. When we arrived at Dick Hannah's we were not going to buy, but only get a idea of what the price would be. Ali was the first person we talked to and he had us take 2 forester's for a test drive. We had in mind what we wanted, but the price was not right. Ali encouraged us to make a offer. We then talked to Kenny who was very nice, and he explained the reason's for price and availability with the earthquake in Japan. Then we talked to Kamal and he gave us the very best price he could. We left the dealership and went home, on the way home we discussed all we had learned and decided not to wait any longer to get the car of our dreams. We called Kamal back and asked if he still had the car we picked out. He said he would let us have it at the price Kamal and we agreed upon. We made the trip back to Washington that night and was treated great by the whole staff. Ammar, and Tonya help in the finial sale and we drove away with our car. We went to the Dick Hannah Subaru dealership to look at a vehicle, not to buy one. Mike Krewi (Salesperson) asked to help us. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mike's supervisor, Dave Swanson, helped with numbers, services, warranties, etc. Dave is a seasoned salesperson and was courteous and helpful. Becky Clausen handled all the paperwork, financials, explanations, etc. She made sure everything was done properly. She stayed late to make sure everything was wrapped up tight and right. Buying a vehicle is not always a smooth, enjoyable time. The purchase is generally expensive and the currently dominate thought is "I'm going to get taken to the cleaners". We did, in fact, spend more than we planned. However, we were willing and everything was explained simply and directly. Did we get a great deal? I don't know. I do know that we got what we wanted and drove away happy. Thanks Mike, Dave and Becky. We enjoyed working with you. Ammar and Chris did a great job !! Love the new Subaru !! No hassles , in and out of the dealership in about an hour which was great . The price was very nice even filled it up with gas . My experience was very good! I had been shopping around for a 2011 Subaru Impreza and i was debating between the value package and the premium package. I had gone to Carr subaru in beaverton as well as l for a 2011 Subaru Impreza and i was debating between the value package and the premium package. I had gone to Carr subaru in beaverton as well as lithia in oregon city. They both were asking too much for the value package. I saw the ad for dick Hannah in the news paper and was very happy with the price considering that it was cheaper to get a premium at dick Hannah than a value else where. When i tried negotiating the price down at the other dealerships on the value package Impreza they wouldn't budge and i even mention how dick Hannah was way cheaper on a car that had more add ons because of the premium package , and they simply blamed it as it was dick hannahs marketing scheme, stating that they really don't have the stock at the dealership, they only put ads to draw customers in but will not have the cars available at the lot. I was very frustrated with Carr subaru especially considering they wanted to charge 25,900 for a 2011 Subaru impreza with only one add on...tinted windows. When i saw the dick Hannah ad i knew i had to go see for my self and not listen to the other dealerships because the sale was amazing and i couldn't let it pass by even though it seemed too good to be true considering the prices i was being quoted at other dealerships. When i got there they had the color i wanted and in the premium package at the amazing price they had advertised. I wasn't even planning on purchasing the car THAT day, i just wanted to know if they had it in stock, but Mike the sales guy was so nice and helpful getting all the financials worked out and giving me a even better deal than my personal bank was going to give me and i ended up getting the car the same day i walked in to simply just see if they had it. I appreciate all the hard workers who helped get everything done in a timely fashion, and how personable mike was. He was a great guy who made my first car buying experience great! Ive already recommended dick hannah to a few of my friends who are shopping around for cars right now and i hope they purchase from dick hannah! More
