I would like to amend my previous review and exclude that part about the gas tank not being full. Dick Hannah Subaru has agreed to make an exception to their used vehicle sales policy and fill up my gas tan part about the gas tank not being full. We decided to buy the car then and there, and Tuan was very knowledgeable and patient and got us through the process quite easily. Tonya Burdette in financing was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. She clearly knows her job and completed the financing paperwork much more quickly than we expected. We enjoyed our experience (our first with Dick Hannah) and will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

On our first visit to Dick Hannah we were met by Lauren who was new to the company and was being shadowed by another employee. She helped both myself and my wife out with a test drive and answered all our who was new to the company and was being shadowed by another employee. We went to Dick Hannah Subaru and found the car car on the lot in the color we wanted there selection on the car car we choose was excellent, different packages , base, preimum, and limited. The car buying experience was amazing, the time was short, basicly in and out in a couple of hours. I would recommend Dick Hannah in a minute. My name is Dan and I was in the market for a new vehicle early January, not quite ready to pull the trigger on a 2011 Subaru WRX STi Sedan. I drove a 2008 Honda S2000 CR (convertible) and I knew being in th early January, not quite ready to pull the trigger on a 2011 Subaru WRX STi Sedan. I drove a 2008 Honda S2000 CR (convertible) and I knew being in the NW that it was not the time of year to trade in a convertible. I've contacted many dealerships but Dick Hannah was the one that caught my attention. There professionalism and hostility was the reason I came back. My internet sales representative, Chris, told me he was unable to pay me my desired price and to wait until springtime if I wanted a higher trade in value due to convertibles being in higher demand in the springtime. I patiently waited, paying close attention to the car market daily, and all of a sudden around the middle of February the price of my car increased by $1,200. I promptly contacted Chris, and was satisfied with my trade in appraisal as well as the price of my new vehicle a 2011 Subaru WRX STi Sedan. I told Chris that I would only buy an STi if it didn't have a spoiler. He said that he would talk to the sales manager to swap one of the cars on the lot. The sales manager denied my request. Chris decided to take matters in his own hands and contacted previous customers with a Subaru Impreza / WRX in Satin White Pearl to see if anyone wanted to trade trunks but did not have any luck a week later I purchased my 2011 Subaru WRX STi on February 27, 2011 with the factory spoiler that I despised of. I received a phone call from Chris 3 days later and he said that he found me a previous customer that wanted an STi wing with the same color as my vehicle which is Satin White Pearl. I was in disbelief and ecstatic at the same time. A dealership that went above and beyond for me even after they earned my business. I've never had such a positive experience with a dealership. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah dealerships to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Thanks again for everything Chris. More
