My wife and two kids went to Dick Hannah Subaru because we know they have a large selection of Subarus. We had just had a very stressful time with our credit union getting told differnt loan amounts from d we know they have a large selection of Subarus. So when we arrived we were both in bad moods and the kids were full of energy not looking forward to go with us. Don put us both at ease showing us lots of choices of used cars. He listened very well and was unbelievably great with our kids. He made our experience enjoyable. He had nine kids of his own and was able to entertain ours like a seasoned parent. We negotiated an affordable price with us and we left with a brand new Forester 2011. I couldnt be any happier with this car, it is awesome! One of the safest cars and this years model is so well improved, it is hands down the best car I have ever owned. Dick Hannah Subaru offered quality products with low-pressure sales. Nor did he complain when we opened the moon roof full tilt, with him in the back seat, and the dash reading the outside temp at 40 degrees. I have accompanied other people in their car buying endeavors, and have interacted with some pretty shiesty salesmen and dealerships, and I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was with the service at Dick Hannah Subaru. I love my new 2011 Subaru Forester (you really should get one), and would recommend this dealership and this car to anyone, and everyone who will listen.
