It's important that I explain why I rated the Customer Service as bad. We really had a great experience in working with Tuan and Ian (and Mike) purchasing in connection with the auto show. In that aspect and if matters had concluded there I would say that Customer Service was excellent. The negative was at the time of delivery the Outback we had agreed to purchase was so "worked over" from the auto show that it was in an unacceptable condition. I had a difficult time getting the Manager on duty to understand the need to make things right. Finally he got the point and another vehicle with the same equipment was substituted at the same agreed purchase price and we were able to complete the transaction. That's why I rated the overall experince as OK. More
Clean Dealership, Sales person (Ian Killough) was tops. No hassles, very nice Irish fellow, negotiated deal over the phone, no surprises. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. I would recommend Dick Hannah Subaru to anyone looking for a new car. Not only was Ron friendly, they gave me the best price by far. I never even haggled over the first quote because I couldnt get a deale for a new car. Not only was Ron friendly, they gave me the best price by far. I never even haggled over the first quote because I couldnt get a dealer within 100 miles to match the price, infact the closest I could get was $1000 dollars more and it didnt come with bluetooth or tanaeu cover and there was a wait to get it. They have the best price, best selection and friendliest people by far. I drove 85 miles to buy my car from them and would recommend anyone to do the same. In fact I'm actually making my mom go there next month! P.S. I did all my dealings over email before entering the dealership, and Ron was very quick to respond to all of my messages. I also felt there were no false promises made (unlike other dealers) and infact we ended up getting more in our car than we expected (all weather mats, summer mats, and rear cargo cover.) More

I would definitely recommend Ian at Dick Hannah to any of my friends and relatives. Becky in the finance department was honest and knowledgable. She was extremely helpful. This experience was a much more pleasant and rewarding experience compared to past experiences with them. They've improved by 100%! More

I work 40 plus hours a week and did not have time to play games with sales assoc or pricing. I feel that a customer should be treated well when purchasing a product worth $28,000. Dick Hannah had exactly the car I wanted. No hidden costs, fees or paperwork. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. It was worth the drive. More
This was my 2nd time buying from Dick Hannah. Ian was my salesman and he was great to work with. Very attentive, always checking up with me about options and the little bit of work they did after I purchas salesman and he was great to work with. He was very educated about all the cars we test drove (and we drove lots!) and was a great source of information. He remembered all the features I wanted in a car and even remembered all the other non-car related stories I told. There is lots of time to chat ya know when you drive lots of miles together! I thought he was great. Dan was my "money guy" and he was very kind and paid attention to what I said. The last time I was at Dick Hannah (1992), the guy in his position was gross and he was aweful to work with. Dan was very professional, clean cut and a much better representative of his position. Our experience with our recent Subaru purchase from Dick Hannah was fantastic! Mr. Hoang gave us an overview of the Foresters in stock, which was plentiful! Before stopping at Dick Hannah, we stopped at two other Subaru dealerships. The experience at those dealerships was much less than what we'd hoped for since we were serious about purchasing a vehicle on that day. Our sales rep knew everything about Foresters! He shared the differences between the various models as well as differences between 2010 and 2011 models. Huyen Hoang's knowledge helped us to confirm the decision that the Forester was indeed the vehicle for us. Completing the final paperwork with Dick Hannah was also quite pleasant. The staff had all of the forms ready for us to sign; providing us with info on all the necessary financial details. There were no surprises. A huge thanks to Mr. Hoang and the rest of the staff at Dick Hannah! More
