We have been looking for a while at Subaru's but had a hard time finding the right one, we thought we knew what we wanted. We visited Dick Hannah Subaru once before and met a great sales consultant and t hard time finding the right one, we thought we knew what we wanted. We visited Dick Hannah Subaru once before and met a great sales consultant and then went on to look in Portland at another Subaru dealership. I really like the show floor at the Portland location, but came back to Dick Hannah for the Friendly service and great selection. The orginal sales consultant that we worked with was no longer there, but that was ok, we ended up with two great guys who made the experience. Ammar and Sam were a wonderful pair to work with and I can really see that it is the customer that makes their day, not the sale. Thank you to them and Dick Hannah for getting us into the Subaru we didn't even think we wanted, a Tribeca.:)It is a great car! More

My wife & I expected to deal with typical car salesmen when we visited Dick Hannah Subaru but were pleasantly surprised to find they did not fit the stereotype. Not only was Huyen, our salesman, salesmen when we visited Dick Hannah Subaru but were pleasantly surprised to find they did not fit the stereotype. Not only was Huyen, our salesman, great to work with but so was the rest of the staff. We ended up buying a used car because of their great customer service and the fact that they do a 152 point inspection on all used vehicles, they have a great Customer for Life Loyalty Program and other warranties offered at no charge. Knowing they stand behind all their vehicles, new and used, makes me feel comfortable and confident that I bought a good car. I would definitly recommend this dealership and plan to return whenever I am in need of another vehicle. More

I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Dick Hannah. I do not like to play games with dealers attempting to get a reasonable price below MSRP. For me, it does not have to be the absolute best unbeatable price, but I must be very competitive and a no non-sense approach. I had studied the Consumer Reports recommendations on this class of car and looked at pricing recommendations on Cars.com and Edmunds.com so I had an idea what a competitive price should be prior to visiting the dealers. I attempted to purchase locally from an Oregon dealer. It was difficult to arrive at a fair price and I felt I was being gamed. Next, I purchased the Oregonian Newspaper. Dick Hannah was advertising very competitive prices. I did an internet inquiry requesting bids from multiple dealers including Dick Hannah. Hannah responded promptly and provided the most competitive bids without any prodding or game playing. I emailed several times asking financing questions, options questions etc. Each time, the response was rapid straight forward. I drove several hours north to the dealership and purchased the car without any surprises. I saved over $1000 below my local dealer and at least $500 below the best Portland offer. The cost of the car was just below 24K. I felt I was treated fairly and honestly. Most important, there were no surprises or games played. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. More

I have always had Hondas...and I was going to buy a CRV but a friend told me to check out the Outback and so I did..this is my first Subaru and I love it!
