When I went into Dick Hannah to test drive a Subaru Impreza WRX, I had not really planned on leaving with a new car that day. I had a lot of questions about the car and my sales associate Phong was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with answering all of them. I could tell that Phong really has a true passion for cars, especially Subarus, and his warm, genuine personality and no pressure sales style made him very easy to work with. I felt like I came away from my buying experience with an awesome car and a lot of very helpful advice and information about owning, driving and maintaining my new car. Phong and Kenny worked very hard to get me into the exact car with the options I wanted, a fair trade in, and payments I could afford. I am very happy with the whole buying experience and would recommend Phong and Dick Hannah Subaru. More
We initially went to Dick Hannah because a neighbor, Mike Bell,(a mechanic at Dick Hannah Subaru) suggested we visit the lot and check out the vehicles. After checking out Subaru products in Consumer Report we contacted the dealer through the internet and were hooked up with Phong Chau. He greeted us with a car ready to test drive. He knew the Subaru Forrester inside and out. He answered all our questions without hesitation. Neither my wife nor I felt any pressure to buy, but were allowed to make our decision based on the facts. We were especially impressed by Phong's patience as we went back and forth between models and indecision. Phong then took our offers to his manager and didn't keep us waiting. When a deal was reached the finance officer was fast and efficient with paperwork. When we thought we were all done, Phong took time (even though it was after closing time) to walk us through our new vehicle in detail. Phong even gave us his personal cell number which my wife used about a half hour after we drove off the lot. The experience was the best we had ever had in thirty years of buying vehicles for ourselves and our family. More

I'm sorry, I don't remember the name of the gentlemen that I worked with but they were very friendly, prompt and professional. The only problem was that online the price quoted for the 150,000 mile wa that I worked with but they were very friendly, prompt and professional. The only problem was that online the price quoted for the 150,000 mile was $431.95 and the end price was $694.94. I was told that difference in price were the fluids that had to be added as part of the 150,000 mile check up. It seems that the fluids that needed to be added because of the particular mile check-up that was due should have been included in the price quoted online. There were no special needs for the car so this was routine maintenance. The second paragraph explains my only complaint. I can only assume that the quality of the work is good since I can't 'see' the work completed. Car feels good and I feel secure in it. That is why I always take my car to Hannah. It makes me feel secure which is the reason that I choose to drive a Subaru. I assume that the dealer knows the car best since they sell them and service them everyday. When the car was first new, there was a problem with it that came from the manufacturer. It took some time but they stuck with the problem until they found it and my car has driven marvelously every since. My overall experience would have been marked great if it hadn't been for what I consider a misrepresentation of the cost of the service from the price quoted online. Thank you. More

It took almost 2 hours to get a credit card to go through, and that was only after a manager's reluctant over-ride. There has to be a better way to get your customers in and out here! More

My wife and I bought a used Dodge Caravan from Dick Hanna Dodge in July 2003. So we're actually returning happy couple looking this time for a used Subaru Outback. We had in mind what we're looking for and did our homework using the Internet. That is why we could conclude the deal in two hours after Dan showed us the car! We could not take home the car the same day because we did not bring along some documents showing our physical address in Oregon. At any rate, Dan is a "soft" and thoughtful salesman. I took him along for a test drive, not around the block, but on the freeway and up and down the hilly area which really showcased the All Wheel Drive of the Subaru Outback. I was impressed with the car's performance and the detail work done on the car. Dick Hanna Dealer really knows how to sale not only new cars but also used cars! Moreover,before we drove the car home, Dan spend time to show me and my daughter how to use all the switches and knobs from A to Z. I never met any car salesman like Dan in my over 40 years living in the US. He has a keen salesmanship putting customer first and enticing the customers to come back. As for Kenny Nguyen, he knew how to assess the customers and deal with them appropriately. He did not play the sale game with me and knew how to conclude the deal without wasting his time and the customers' time. When he realized that there was only one set of keys for the security/alarm system, he contacted the previous owner and secure the other set to give to us, saving us 70 dollars to make a duplicate set. He coordinated with Tonya Burdette to speed up the loan application smoothly and professionally. Tonya really knew what she was doing and I was impressed. When the time to upgrade my wife's Dodge Caravan, I definitely will come back to look for another Subaru for her, probably an SUV model.
