Second time that I have worked with Antonio, We looked at upgrading our Impreza and was glad when our Forester came in it was delayed 3 weeks. If you're contemplating buying a car, or having your car serviced by Dick Hannah Subaru...GO TO ANOTHER SUBARU DEALERSHIP!! (Just click on the "Lowest" reviews posted here on Google before going to Dick Ha serviced by Dick Hannah Subaru...GO TO ANOTHER SUBARU DEALERSHIP!! (Just click on the "Lowest" reviews posted here on Google before going to Dick Hannah Subaru!) Save yourself from getting ripped off by Top Gilstrap, Service Manager, who couldn't find his back-end with both hands, as far as remembering dates & times are concerned... either that, or he just flat out lies to your face and doesn't care! Tom Gilstrap, will manipulate you into thinking you're getting the best possible customer service, and mechanical work available to your vehicle, but in reality, Tom and the General Manager are scamming you... they overcharged me $3,500 on negligent work, and they refused to honor their own one year parts & labor warranty, which expired already, leaving me with a broken car, with mechanical issues still popping up two years later! I contacted a local attorney and she was eager to go after Dick Hannah Subaru, due to multiple complaints she's received, and being scammed herself by Dick Hannah Subaru, but I couldn't afford the retainer fee, so they got away with it. It seems Dick Hannah Subaru charges you (the customer) their over inflated labor costs, performing questionable work. Dick Hannah Subaru's prices are much more compared to other Subaru Dealerships in the area... call other Subaru Dealerships and compare prices!
