relatively efficient buying experience We visited this dealership twice in making our decision to buy a particular vehicle. Our salesman was helpful and did not press overly hard to close t We visited this dealership twice in making our decision to buy a particular vehicle. Our salesman was helpful and did not press overly hard to close the sale. He patiently explained the various features (of which there are many, with all the electronics and automation technology). At the end of the demonstration, we felt well informed about the features of the vehicle. One minor complaint was that on our second visit to the dealer ship, we were told that our salesman was "away on an errand"... after an initial page did not have him materialize. We then spent an hour (well spent) sitting in the car (on the showroom floor) that we eventually purchased. We then enquired (again) about our sales representative, He had returned, but nobody told him he had customers waiting. (Not good.) However, we were able to finalize the transaction at a reasonable pace thereafter. (Soon enough we were switched to the "finance" guy, Tuan Bui, who proceeded through the enormous pile of paperwork at an efficient pace. Again, we never felt pressured to buy any extras, but such were introduced appropriately. While I normally detest the "dance" that surrounds the purchase of an automobile, this experience was fairly decent. More
