Amazing and friendly. The initial gentleman that we talked to was very friendly and left us with Andy who was a great guy. My girlfriend and I weren’t initially coming in t The initial gentleman that we talked to was very friendly and left us with Andy who was a great guy. My girlfriend and I weren’t initially coming in to get a new car, as we weren’t sure it was something we could reasonably accommodate. There was no pushy lot sales tactics. After all as Andy stated the cars sell themselves. We looked at a few different models of cars but test drove a crosstrek. After talking with Andy we decided to talk numbers and see what we could do. Andy was great through the entire process. We weren’t ecstatic about the manager though. The website indicated the MSRP of the model we were mostly into online crossed out. The manager wouldnt drop it more than a few hundred. He only helped with bringing down the interest rate slightly. Still we finally came to an agreement. Andy was great in helping us with the process and was able to answer all our questions. He was very personable and even gave us a Subaru dog toy after talking with us about our dog. Ultimately over all it was a great experience for buying a car and we are very happy in our brand new Subaru crosstrek. More
