But soon we were talking with Andrew and Patricio. Short story is we walked away with a 2019 Forster that was beyond our expectations. Curtis, the sales manager, was great. He gave us some options for purchasing a vehicle that we did not expect. We walked away with a 2019 Forester that was a sweet vehicle with all the options at the price we were looking at when we arrived. Thanks to the team!!!! We are very happy with our experience. Very easy process with dick Hannah Subaru. Did all the haggling online and came to the dealership to purchase and was out in no time. Patricio gave my son who had to head out after dropping me off to go t haggling online and came to the dealership to purchase and was out in no time. Patricio gave my son who had to head out after dropping me off to go to Yakima snacks and water bottles. Patricio stuck to what we had already negotiated online and didn’t try and pull any fast ones. Of course they try and get you to buy pointless extras at the financing table but that’s not his doing. Helped me get the Subaru app installed and got everything working as it should. Great experience overall and much better than previous experiences at Bud Clary. Do your research, come prepared, and it will be smooth. Knocked one star off because the financing guy was a little pushy on the extras that are (for the most part) a waste of money. More
