Never did I feel a question was dumb or irrelevant. Once I had decided on the car and price, I came in and worked with Andy Tran. After test-driving a similar car and we agreed on the details, the car was located in the Gorge and delivered same day. They arranged a loaner for me to use until my car would be ready. When Andy texted me it was here, detailed, gassed and ready - he offered to deliver it to my home so I wouldn't have to come back to the dealership. Way to go above and beyond - really impressed. He too, never pressured me at all. Tuan Bui was great doing the paperwork and answering questions. Kenny Nguyen even came by to say hello to my dog and gave him some cooked yam as a treat! This was my first purchase of a car, and the whole process was so different that I had expected. I really appreciated them all taking me seriously and truly not pressuring me to do anything until I was ready to. More
