My wife has a 2023 Outback, we've had it serviced here since 2024 when we moved to WA. I was actually looking at a different manufacturer and pivoted the morning I bought my Forester based on my wife say since 2024 when we moved to WA. We showed up at the dealership and Mike E., as he was coming out of a meeting, greeted us with a big smile and said "have you been helped", 3 hours later I was driving home with a new vehicle. Mike made sure every question was answered and every detail of the car was covered, even if we didn't ask he would say "here's a feature you may not know about". Mike kept us informed throughout the process, checking in constantly as they went through the paperwork and offer. In short, my wife HATES car shopping, but before we left she gave Mike a big hug.
