Worst Experience Ever I had the unfortunate chance to go into Subaru a couple of weeks ago looking for a new Forester. Rod Smith was the salesman and was great and would hi I had the unfortunate chance to go into Subaru a couple of weeks ago looking for a new Forester. Rod Smith was the salesman and was great and would highly recommend him if he did not work here. Mind you this would have been the 4th car I bought from Dick Hannah in the last 15 years. I will not deal with them again. I wanted to trade in 2 vehicles a Subaru and Nissan with the Subaru being a 2017 and the NIssan a 2011. ASccording to KBB 30K worth of cars, Now was the time for the slick finance guy, used car manager or whatever he was Erik Clover was his name. If you get Erik run the other way, he is why people do not shop for cars. 8K for each car and no budging on the prices, walked away and came back with even less to offer. An absoulte dismal experience to say the least. The worst experience possible. Could have cared less so long as he made his number. More
