He very knowledgeably explained the functions of the car, spent all the time I needed answering questions and making sure I was comfortable with how things operated before I left the dealership. I felt no pressure, he made sure I was satisfied with the deal we made, and has checked in with me several times to make sure I had no questions and to explain the Starlink system. I talked with a few dealerships, met with someone at each place and then emailed them to get a quote for exactly what I wanted. Dick Hannah not only had the lowest price but they were amazing to deal with and I didn’t feel pressured to buy at all. When the time came their quote was EXACT and I wasn’t pushed to purchase anything extra. It was such an easy experience I’d happily recommend Dick Hannah and Charles. More
